That's the message I keep getting at the top of the screen when I attempt to merge my ps4 account to my PC account. I have no clue what is causing this error, I've never participated in any kind of merge or transfer of accounts in the past because I had a feeling it would interfere with my ability to merge accounts back to PC when that feature eventually came online. I refrained from taking part in the initial wave that was extended to Founders because I wanted DE to have an opportunity to work out the bugs and whatnot. Now that I am reasonably confident in trying to merge accounts I am completely unable to do so for seemingly no reason, despite my trying for the past several days.

I keep getting slapped with a message saying "SORRY! cross-save.errorOccurred" despite both accounts being eligible. What do?
