Twitch Drops PSA: Twitch Drops for viewers on iOS Devices
--N-- replied to [DE]Taylor's topic in Livestreams
No, it's Apple that doesn't allow it. -
You need to link your Xbox account to a PC account first, choosing the Xbox account as the primary, which will then turn it into a cross save account. Then you need to start the game on the PS, let it create an account for your, and then link your cross save account and the PS account. I'm not sure about the PS trophies, but I do know that it pops the Steam achievements after logging in with a cross save account.

The name is not important. You getting kicked out is a different problem. Make sure the game is up to date. If you're still getting kicked out constantly, you can get the logs from the launcher and submit them to support: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1385887-mob-whispers-in-the-walls-update-351-hotfix-5/#comment-12979581

Twitch Drops PSA: Twitch Drops for viewers on iOS Devices
--N-- replied to [DE]Taylor's topic in Livestreams
I think you can still get drop progress for watching streams in the iOS app, you just can't claim them, but you can just claim the drops somewhere else - e.g. in the web browser. -
Your account name remains what it was on each platform. The other person is a cross save player. They can only trade with PC and cross save players. You are a PS player, so they can't trade with you.

Livestream Community Stream Schedule: Feb 20 - 25, 2024
--N-- replied to [DE]Taylor's topic in Livestreams
According to Twitch, you must not offer drops for a game that is on iOS, but viewers can still claim it on the website at twitch.tv/drops/inventory. -
You don't need 2FA to trade as a console account. Who are you trying to trade with? You can only trade with non cross save PS accounts.
-
Switch platinum is not available on other platforms. Please read the FAQ.
-
That is not possible.
-
I did, and I said no.
-
No. The only way to merge your Xbox and PS accounts is to create a new PC account, link it to the console account that you want to be the primary, and then merge in the other console account. You will then have your original PC account, your merged cross save account (Xbox+PS), and your Switch account (note that trading between your accounts is not allowed).
-
You can trade with PC players and cross save players. You cannot trade with Playstation players who have not activated cross save.
-
No.
-
Platinum you received through trading is still bought platinum - someone bought it. The other type of platinum is personal platinum, which is the starter plat and plat from giveaways or PS plus packs etc. Personal platinum cannot be traded. The issue isn't that trading allows you to get Tennogen without real money on consoles - if your suggestion removes the ability of console players to get Tennogen without real money, then that will anger the console players. The issue (well, one of them) is that due to discounts, platinum doesn't have a fixed value on PC.

Announcement Cross Platform Save Is Live For All Players
--N-- replied to [DE]CoreyOnline's topic in Announcements
I don't think they ever said that. What they said was that the merge would not be available to everyone. Merging is strictly better than linking, so I don't understand why you're complaining about it. -

There are two possible ways to connect your accounts. Linking: The primary account overwrites every other account, everything on the other accounts is lost. Merging: The primary account overwrites every other account, stuff on the other accounts is transferred to the primary account. Yes, if your accounts are eligible, you are "forced" to merge them, you cannot link. Why do you not want to merge your accounts? -

If it's giving you the option to merge, then you didn't complete the connection. -

Merging is automatic if your accounts are eligible, sounds like your accounts were not eligible then, but regardless, you should see your PC account on Switch and PS. Are you sure you actually connected them? Does https://www.warframe.com/cross-save say they are connected? Are you logged in to the connected PS and Switch account on your PS and Switch? -

Yeah, I don't understand what you're saying because you're saying conflicting things. You said you linked your accounts. Now you're saying they were eligible, which means you would have been able to merge them. In any case, it doesn't matter. If you completed the process and connected your accounts (either by linking or merging, it doesn't matter), you should have one single account that you can access on all the connected platforms. Your username will be different on every platform though. But the account itself will be the same (same mastery rank, same items owned, etc.) -

I'm not sure what you're replying to, but yes, if you are eligible to merge, it will not let you link. The only difference is that merging gives you your stuff from the secondary accounts, so there's no reason to allow you to link.
