Finished the cross account save everything is good to go except Excalibur prime his fourth ability when I’m in my arsenal isn’t a selection

I just did the cross save today which is working fine except, Im on pc when I have excalibur prime selected and Im looking at his loadout exalted blade is missing as a selection for me to mod.
