[Free Roam Sortie is unfinishable.]

Sorry, I did not search past posts, but I wanted to add to increase chances of this popping up on DE's radar. Basically, ever since the free roam sorties were released, there has been a consistent problem with mission objectives spawning in the cave at the Twin Horns pond. This door is normally open during regular free roam, but is locked for sorties, making those sorties unfinishable. Another problem I have encountered that can break a sortie is drone pathing. There is a spawn point on top of thin ridge (it might be at Hek's Stiletto, but I am not sure). If you get this spawn point, the drone will try to go down the ridge cliff instead of pathing around it. This gets the drone stuck half way up the cliff and no way to finish the segment.

As Ailyene stated above, the only remedy is to retry until you are lucky enough to get a series that is not bugged.

Update: I just traded the Tigris Prime bp with no problems, but this time, the buyer was MR14.

This just happened to me as a seller. I was trying to sell a Tigris Prime blueprint and stock. I could put up the stock, but the system kept telling me that the bp was mastery rank locked. After we gave up, I checked the profile of the potential buyer and he was, indeed MR13.
