    I sold the Azima pretty much after getting it to 30 about 2 years ago but back then I had no platinum for more weapon slots (and I didn't contact support until after some time had passed). Last year I read on reddit about someone who had more luck with support but the 2 or 3 times I messaged them I received the same response, unfortunately.

    Specifically if you sold them. As far as I'm aware DE refuses to allow us to regain them once sold, making not only riven mods we might have for them useless but, if those weapons become extremely meta for whatever reason, we can be at a disadvantage (extreme case but you get my point). 

     

    Wouldn't it make sense to add them to Simaris' offerings? Odonata and Broken Scepter for example were added as you'd have no other way to get them once sold. 

     

    And why is it that some people who sold a weapon many months ago are getting it back when messaging support but not others even when less time has passed? 

    How often should I ask to get the Azima back?

    I sold the weapon sometime last year and thought I could get it back with the new login reward system. Well, that's not the case so I asked support to get it back but they couldn't do that because too much time had passed. Some weeks ago I stumbled upon a reddit thread where someone actually was allowed to get it back even though it's been hundreds of days.

     

    I messaged support a few days ago but again, I couldn't get it back. Should I keep messaging support until someone FINALLY makes an exceptiin for me, too? Is there anyone I could message directly?

    Are you saying that when you switch to mobile hotspot .you have no problems anymore?

    If it is then I would guess that your internet speed is very low for the others .

    Try changing your WiFi plan or whatsoever or upgrade your data plan so you can keep using it

    I also have a problem like this once .I found out that for me , it was my unlimited WiFi speed being so slow I can't even login

     

    The speed is fine; 60 Mbit download and 3 upload. This is also the first time I can't log in, and I've played it everyday for the last 200 days.

    Yes. I tried to restart the router, console, connection amd everything but I had no luck so far. With a mobile hotspot I was able to start the game without any problem.

    I've been trying to login into the game for the last two hours now but I keep getting the "Unable to connect. Please try again." message... Playing other games online works without any problems so I assume the PS4 servers are down? Can anyone help?
