[my refresh rate is stuck in 60hz]

my refresh rate is stuck in 60hz  and I am using Samsung 49" C49HG90DMU UHD 1ms 144Hz. I was in lan party where I used 60hz monitor. Before that warframe worked well, but after that its unplayable. I changed resolution back to normal 3490 x 1080 after I came back to my 49" monitor. Do I need to change refresh rate somehow?
