Playing on PC during the quest that introduces Drifter Melee I can't progress because it's asking me to heal myself but my abilities are disabled preventing me from progressing. I've tried reloading the game and trying again but run into the same bug. When I push 3 (which is the correct keybind) I get a message saying ability use prevented. The Dax enemy is not hostile and just stands there. Killing him just causes him to restore his health.
