Hello all,

I was doing some Hydron grinding earlier with Umbra (like about 75% of the Warframe community atm), and I noticed my Arcanes (Arcane Guardian and Arcane Grace for reference) weren't activating. At first, I chocked it up to bad luck on my half. Then next match, still no perks. Did some controlled testing, and figured out that they just weren't activating. Tried closing my game entirely and restarting. Tried using different frames. Tried removing the arcanes and reapplying them. But no success.

Anyone else have a similar problem, past or present?
