Only Howler Undazoas spawning in both Vome and Fass

Was doing a bunch of conservation trying for Vaporous Undazoa, and using pheromones in both Fass (day) and Vome (night) yielded Umber Undazoa or Howler Undazoa. had some friends try as well and they couldn't get the Vaporous Undazoa to spawn either.
