The materials on two of the bundle-exclusive items for the Nidus Phryke Collection (Nosos Syandana and Deimos Claw Skin) do not match those of the base Nidus Phryke skin, as they did when the collection was released. It's been bothering me for the longest time and I'm surprised this has not been addressed since!
All other deluxe bundles have matching materials on the items in them, so why does the Nidus Phryke Collection get the short end of the stick? Not to mention that I'm 100% certain that the artists always intended for the materials on the syandana and claw to match the base skin, so this very likely goes against what they had envisioned.
Please look into addressing this issue as it sticks out as a sore thumb. Images are in the spoiler.

Is there any chance we could maybe get the Tempestarii skin without the void energy? Or maybe make the energy some kind of ephemera?

Is there a fix for the Helminth Charger Metus Armor not fitting properly on its corresponding skin when the Kubrow using them is equipped? It fits fine when the Kubrow itself is unequipped in the arsenal and is just roaming the orbiter, but as soon as it is equipped the armor stretches and floats off of the skin. Please, DE, I understand you have your hands busy with Railjack, but I expected more from a skin that comes as part of a deluxe bundle!

Mesa's Peacemakers are a very unique exalted weapon in the sense that unlike other exalted weapons, Peacemakers are always visible. The problem with that, however, is that when you have a skin like the Mesa Graxx skin, the default Peacemakers seem off. Peacemakers Prime is an even bigger issue because it looks pristine and elegant, which does not match the rugged Grineer aesthetic of the Mesa Graxx skin. It is because of this that I believe that TennoGen creators should be allowed to reskin the default Peacemakers on Mesa to match the main skin.

The actual claws on the Deimos Claw skin don't extend when they're drawn.

As you can see, the effects are there, but the actual claws are not. DE pls fix

At the very least I would like them to make Umbra's scarf like Oberon's shoulder armor which disappears when you put something in that slot. I am definitely in favor of allowing us to toggle the details by equipping a different skin on it, though.
EDIT: Also, what's this Prime detail switch I'm hearing about?

Just like how you can change a Prime Warframe's skin to its non-Prime version, I think it would be nice if we could do the same with Prime weapons (including exalted), and other types that have a different appearance like Vandal or Wraith ones. It's a very simple concept that could open new doors for fashion frame.

This has been discussed in the past, and I wholeheartedly agree with you. It seems that the issue, though, is that Prime features are unique to Prime Warframes. It's the same reason why if you have a Trinity Prime and normal Trinity, you can't use the Trinity Prime helmet & skin on normal Trinity. Similarly, it seems that Umbra features will be unique to Umbra in the same way. I really do wish they made and exception with Umbra though, because gameplay-wise he's essentially just Excalibur Prime with different polarities and a slightly different radial blind.

I love this idea, but I think there could be some issues with people transmogrifying secondaries and melee weapons and renaming them to the weapon they transmogged them into, making them 100% indistinguishable from each other.
If you don't know, with the release of Plains of Eidolon and now Fortuna, you can rename any melee or secondary weapon, not just zaws and kitguns, by speaking to either Hok (melee) or Zuud (secondaries) into whatever you want (as long as there's no profanity).
Like I said, I love this idea, but I think DE should make it so that you can't rename weapons to those of existing ones before they do anything like this.

What about the appearance? Would that mean that you can have different colors on each form? Like you can have Day Form be fire-themed and Night Form be ice-themed? That'd be cool.

Auxiliaries outside of seasonal ones are usually Warframe-specific but it would be nice of them to do that.

Like the title says, please make the scarf an Auxiliary attachment. I know it's a prominent feature that defines who he is, but it clips in weird ways with most Syndanas that I would much rather not have it on him.

But then what do they do with the skull motifs already in Deimos (such as on Loid and other Necramechs)? Do they just have different models? Are they just removed, leaving a hole where a skull should be?
