I am definitely biased towards the Akbolto Prime, but then again I have a sick riven for it. The three you mentioned are good too, but as for Fortuna secondary kitguns, afaik its either projectile (with travel time albeit pretty fast) or beam weapons (with limited range). As for incarnons, another two besides Lex and Vasto that fits ur criteria that I can think of are the Lato Vandal and Zylok Prime.

Strongest one I can think of is the Hate incarnon: Incarnon Form embeds blades that explode with Heat Damage during Forward and Neutral Combos. Forward and Neutral Combos in Incarnon Form will launch 1 spectral blade towards the crosshair that explodes on impact.

I think its just an ancient thing DE did once and then proceeds to completely forget about. Really annoying and should be removed.

I used Hate incarnon heavy charged attack build to cheese and one-shot everything, but quite about any melee would work too. More importantly is surviving (I used Inaros).

Inaros & roar is all you need really. Inaros cannot die and roar for the flat damage boost.
