Yup. Fishies definitely stay. Been using mine for most of the past year. :P It's just odd that they are okay to keep, while the pumpkin mask for some reason is considered too seasonal. *shrug*

It means there are no drops SPECIFIC to Prime Time / International. Every campaign (with its tiered drops) runs for a week and can be obtained from ANY Twitch channel streaming Warframe during the corresponding week.
