  1. For reload hover over magazine stat. However, it is indeed broken on certain weapons (see Bubonico)
  2. I just popped a specter squad and it was easy breezy, tho i guess you can consider it cheese maybe. Bombard, hgunner, osprey and healer eximus can never die. I dropped a Dante specter for good measure and it was just funny with the overguard.
  3. As someone already mentioned, duplicate frames solve this issue. However, now that we have shards that also makes it more difficult to min max with different goals and polarities in mind. Then there are also situations where you have more than 6 builds with different helminths and for different purposes and the suggestions wouldn't help at all. I do not see a solution as the drawback i believe was intended.
  4. I dislike anything that has a fixed timer that cannot be changed. It removes all player engagement by just telling you "ok sit here and wait". Meaning, you put a "bad" player and a "good" player together, they both have to spend the same amount of time doing whatever. I want skill of some kind to allow me to speed it up and be faster if i'm better at it. Tridolons are the perfect example of this. The better you are the faster you can do it. Tho i'd have no idea how to implement this to regular mission types.
  5. Like my above response, i do not see how any of that makes it challenging. It is fun and interesting, solves the RNG problem, but it would be just as easy to a player with a full arsenal.
  6. None of that would be difficult to a player with a full arsenal to complete. Things/mechanics on your list do not add difficulty, they're just something you need to perform in a mission. "There are dozens of ways to make interesting end game content. Pick one or twelve." - None of that has anything to do with difficulty and that seems to be the trope of these threads that complain about the RNG factor. You yourself said "challenging" endgame twice in your post. I asked what would be challenging in Warframe, you changed your story to fun and interesting instead of challenging.
  7. I've read these threads and replied in one of them. What is difficulty in Warframe and how would you achieve it? This is the main question that i need answered first. If a person has access to every frame, weapon and build in the game what is something they would find difficult? The first issue is that people want everyone to be able to complete this mode. Then it cannot be difficult by definition. If something is truly difficult, only a handful of players would manage to accomplish it. So tell me, what is this difficulty and how do you implement it fairly? Also keep in mind Lua spy was removed from sorties because people complained it was too hard.

  9. How about you and those people provide a solution then? If this is feedback, give ideas. Tell me, how do you make a mission challenging for a Saryn or Revenant with meta weapons that can destroy literally anything and never die? What possible challenge could they face that the player who has the most optimized gear would feel difficulty?? Even with all the modifiers of energy drain, no operator use, hp drain, shield regen delay, literally if you turn on all of those it is still piss easy for meta gear. What if they tried to make you do a forced stealth mission with no HUD and enemies being alerted was insta fail? Would something highly specialized like that be challenging? Probably. Would the playerbase like it? 100% not, because they would all fail. They just enjoy this idea of challenge but if they had to redo a mission 20+ times to complete, that would suck and all the "we have lives no time to play" players would come out that want rewards handed to them. How do you make a challenge that is suitable for a casual player since most warframe players can be considered as such. Aren't the two things contradictory? So tell me, what is the solution?
  10. There are 5 main rewards in the modes. 3 for normal, 2 for elite. Every checkpoint in between is just a bonus and not an actual reward. Entrati lanthorns are dropped from reaching 15 points. Vosfor from 28 and 37. You aren't supposed to get 8 shards/arcanes, but 5 rewards maximum as was clarified in the update many times.
  11. Play without the frame and 1 weapon modifier - problem solved. You won't reach the highest tier of reward, which is fair. In exchange, you can pick any frame and any 1 weapon you want. The key distinction here is that you aren't being forced into a randomizer, the randomizer is presented as an option if you want to boost your rewards. And the boost is equivalent of going from an intact relic to a flawless relic, which is laughable. Instead of a reward being uncommon it becomes common - insanely huge difference /s. Even then a person struggling to use all modifiers with trash gear and completing both game modes can get WORSE rewards than someone not using modifiers because at the end of the day the drop table is RNG. The discrepancy between modifiers should be even bigger imo. Someone not using any modifiers shouldn't even have a chance to get a Tau shard. If you can't do the mode, stick to netracells.
  12. I'd say i agree and comparison to a Nullifier is the most valid. Nullifier is one of the only units in the game that is dealt with equally regardless of what frame you wield or type of build you have. Overguard shouldn't be like that (since there are Overguard granting buffs) but Eximus units should. There is no reason why a CC frame needs to use guns while a nuke frame can just nuke it like any other unit. It should be seen and presented as having the same threat level and dealt with the same way regardless of setup, just like a Nullifer.

  18. I don't care what you claim to have happened. Answer my question. Where did the 3 rewards come from if the Elite mode only gives 2?? In the mission screen you can clearly see a Melee Adapter, Melee Duplicate and Melee Vortex. If your claim is true, where does the 3rd reward come from?
  19. You should have posted that screenshot that since regular arcanes are not part of the drop pool. How do you explain the adapter and legendary arcane then? Are you saying you got 3 rewards when only 2 rewards are possible? You obviously did not get the Melee Vortex from the mission reward.
  20. And you're complaining? I got 3 regular shards from both runs total with all modifiers.
  21. The Elite rewards you got were actually the Melee Adapter (Drop No. 4 behind the text) and the Legendary Arcane Melee Duplicate which is left of Vortex. The Adapter should arguably not be in the reward pool since it's a plat/rep buyable item.
  22. This is nothing new and it's how it always has been. Remember catchmoon? Me neither. It was too strong and tossed into oblivion with nerfs. Then they release a Lex incarnon which sh1ts all over it and is bigger aoe with stronger stats. Ammo nerfs so everyone would drop aoe weapons. Their entire "balancing" act is seeing what people like and use and then destroying it completely. Oh and the reworks to useless things? Lets give it a slight bump so that we can say it got buffed despite being still useless. Looking at Loki's Decoy. Groundbreaking change, everyone will use it now /s.

  24. Got 3 regular shards, melee adapter and 1 arcane. This is better than 2 netracell runs but given how restrictive and more time consuming it is i'm not sure if it's worth it. I hate RNG because it never works out for me. I had gotten 3 shards the first 2 months of netracells in total so this is just even more painful when not a single Tau drops. Add a pity system to it or something... EDIT: As to the OP's suggestions on reward changes, i'd agree to any kind of buff. Regal Aya would be amazing for F2P people although i doubt they would ever do that. Vosfor is useless i have tens of thousands. I'm literally only interested in Tau shards from this mode.
