His PC is using an AMD chipset AM4 and using the onboard video. I can't believe I will discover what happened because I gained as a Christmas gift a whole new PC, i7 7700, Nvidia 1070TI, DDR4 16GB with a hybrid HD part SSD/SATA and I hope whatever was happening doesn't happen while playing with this new one. But I will see if something weird happens with my friends while they play the game.

And it happened with another friend of mine. I will see if he can give me his PC specs. He was doing some mission and out of the blue, the PC turned off.

Small update, the problem now even happened while I was on the login screen. Also, I called a friend to play the event with me, he was playing Destiny 2, and right after my game PC restarted for the first time, while I was in the orbiter, his PC restarted too. Can't say for sure it was related to the problem I'm having but is a hell of a coincidence his PC restarted as soon he was playing WF and nothing like that happened while he was playing D2.

Please check this The new content is not only making the game crashing but also, in my case, making this issue worse.

New content is making this happen again and now during missions.

Months ago I played WF for a lot of time on classic because after Duviri was launched those maps on enhanced were giving me, and to a friend, a lot of fps issues. So the changes do not revert by itself as you said. Also, the power management should not revert too and it does. My CPU is not overclocked and I've been playing this game for almost 2 years now with this CPU without any problems. The game rarely puts the CPU over 45% usage, even when I have the browser open doing other stuff. I did some benchmarks requested by the support and so far nothing is out of place. I will keep doing other tests but I think is something with the orbiter. Most of the time when the problem happened I was in the orbiter. With is strange because there is probably where the game uses fewer resources overall. Since the last hotfix the game didn't make the PC reset but I just played a few hours. The problem is not constant but only happens when I play the game so it must be at least the catalyst of the problem and seeing how many people are suddenly having performance issues tells me at least DE will have a reason to check for potential problems and, I hope, solutions for them.

I noticed that as well and disabled the shader cache option on the launcher and helped a bit with what you described. My GPU is a Nvidia 1050. But the game recently has all sorts of performance issues.

The crashes happened despite the changes. I work with my PC at home, over 12-16 hours a day, doing equally demanding tasks, and not a single moment anything out of the ordinary happens. I checked the cables, the power plug, etc... Also, the game made the PC reset even while was on alt-tab, with energy usage on moderate to low. Is not the energy usage, but something is making the PC reset, and is only happening while I have WF running.

It's a 750-watt power supply, I never ever had any incident like this besides playing Warframe and I benchmarked GTA 5, BF3,4, 1, and other more demanding games without any problem at all. It's the game, not my hardware.

So I tested for a few minutes and the game didn't reset. As soon I opened the launcher today to play I checked the settings and it was reversed back to enhanced and high-performance on energy usage. There is something wrong with the config of the game right now.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did and didn't work. I will try again this time deleting the config files. But I don't think it will work.

The game keeps making my PC to restart. Even after this update. The last time the game restarted my PC I was watching a video while the game was on alt-tab and I was in my orbiter.

Well, I hope the next update fixes/undos wherever is causing this.

The game is making my PC randomly restart. I noticed that it only happens while I play the game. I never had any power-related issues before in any game, but after the latest hotfix suddenly the game is making my PC restart. It doesn't happen while playing other games, working, or anything. This can happen even when the game is idle on alt-tab when the power consumption is moderate or low. Changing the option in the launcher to "power saving" somewhat reduces the chance of the game resetting my PC but still happens. The option always reverses to high performance every time I launch the game again showing that have at least something wrong with the game. I already re-installed the game and deleted all the config folder/files, and for a time it seems to have fixed the issue. But once I verified the files of the game the problem returned(by coincidence or not) and even deleting the config files again seems to not fix the problem. I checked my hardware, cables, and everything. Windows is fully updated and my video card is as well. I sent this to the support. So far what they told me to do didn't work. So if you are having some similar problems with your PC suddenly restarting while playing is probably the game's fault. My CPU is an i5, GPU a 1050 GTX, 8GB RAM. I usually play the game on everything on max, besides some settings to keep the visual cluttering not too terrible.

There was any code for the items given as rewards for watching the streaming? A friend of mine lost the streaming due to his work schedule and I can't find if any code was given for those items, or at least for the 10 years Gliph. Thanks in advance and happy 10 years, Tenno.

No is not. Those weapons by themselves, even unmodded are very powerful You win anybody else who didn't shortcut to buy them. There's always a competition aspect in any game, even a pure pve one like WF. This semantics of "what is pay2win" is old and disingenuous. This game is super pay 2 win and now with adapters being sold, they killed the circuit. Why bother doing that if I can just get from the NPC the item? DE created the problem of placing these adapters behind the weekly rotations and the more items they made the worse it will be to farm for specific ones. But hey, you can buy them now, isn't awesome? You create a problem to sell the solution.

Thanks for gutting the non-crting builds with the changes to impact and puncture. Phenmor, Felarx, and Laetun have very good non-crit builds that you are destroying here. And before someone mentions -cc rivens, hell no. If a weapon needs rivens it means it's a crap weapon, and those weapons are far from it. Now from optional, they will become mandatory for builds. The prices on those rivens for those weapons are already ridiculous, imagine after this change. Set some test servers to have proper feedback from players and stop making "one solution fits all". If you want to go the crit route make those procs letting enemies more vulnerable to crit damage, increasing the dmg from crits, and call it a day. Show less
