[Riven stats]

So i managed to roll what i thought was a decent opticor riven with +191.3% crit damage, 270.9% damage and -71.1% puncture at max rank.

Considering the opticor is a puncture based weapon how bad/good does the negative puncture make it in terms of usability or should i keep rolling for better outcomes?
