[PSA: Heirloom Collection Platinum Changes & Lessons]

They sure are unforgettable in how the team decided that the skins should include platinum and regal aya, simultaneously bumping up the price of the bundles themselves. I even left a review on steam because I didn't like how the bundle was structured. Why did the anniversary skins need to come with platinum and regal aya? I certainly didn't ask for that, and I'm sure quite a few other people weren't asking for it, either.

 

These packs sure were unforgettable to the community, in how expensive they were.

[Discounts.]

I recently got a 50% plat discount and claimed it. Nothing wrong with that, right? I logged out after claiming the discount and went to do some things, then came back and booted up my separate account I use occasionally when playing earlier quests, and this one had a 20% discount. I claimed that one, then bought some plat on it. Going back to my main account, I checked the store to buy plat with the previously obtained 50% discount, and it wasn't there.

What I think happened is that I'm using Steam, and since I'm still on my Steam account, it deleted my previous discount and replaced that one with the 20% I just got instead. I can't say for certain that this is exactly how it works, but I lost a discount on one account when I'm using two different accounts and got two different accounts. I guess your discounts, whether you got them from one Warframe account or another, when using Steam are linked to your steam account and not Warframe accounts.

It sucks but I guess that's what I get for trying to claim two discounts. I just thought that it was Warframe account based, not Steam based.
