Possibly OR some clans out there just really went "Let's monopolize the Conclave" as their mission for the week, just because.
The only possibilities I see (as someone that dont touch that game mode, and above all else in PC platform, therefore has no evidence to uphold or deny your claims) is that:
a) The above;
b) They were berating other players because they were ruining their "conclave rep farm". (Still, racism is punishable offence)
Another thing you could do is filling the ignore list with their names, won't do much about their behavior, but at least you wont have to bother with poor language attitude.

I for one wouldn't really expect DE employees to be omniscient or omnipresent about everything that happens in-game.
Only Google, Facebook and Microsoft can do that. For now.

You actually dont need to leave when people are at the extraction of Survival, Excavation, and Defection missions anymore.

Open public squad list; (invite only not shown) with ping (not sure if possible...)
Setup a squad; (always host, set invite only / public, set "MotD" on squad chat, wait for players ready / start countdown)

Donated a Citrine Prex Card to dojo, thinking I could buy another one, now I cannot buy another one.
Have enough crystals and everything, but upon clicking on Purchase, the pop says:
"The transaction ccould not be completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later."
Followed by:
"Purchase failed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again. (This item is already owned and can only purchased once)"
