The Exodia Contagion impact now only uses the entire skin with default colours, regardless of the skin. I don't remember exactly when this started happening but I believe it was when U33: The Duviri Paradox released.

The first screenshot shows the projectile after throwing with the Polearm Skopos Skin. The second screenshot shows the projectile after throwing the newly released Polearm Kalynex Skin.
