To anyone who got here from google, there's a ledge above the pillars with the heads atop them where the braziers are hanging. The card is on one of the bricks in the wall up top there.

While using the glaive stance Astral Twilight, Glaive Prime is unable to force proc slash while duel wielding a secondary weapon. While using the glaive stance Gleaming Talon on Glaive Prime, activating the mid-air heavy attack explosion while duel wielding a secondary requires 2 presses instead of one. While using the glaive stance Gleaming Talon and Astral Twilight on Xoris, activating the mid-air heavy attack explosion while duel wielding a secondary requires 2 presses instead of one.

I have the same issue, it happens with mouse & keyboard and with controller (on PC).
