May 16, 2020 11:30 PST Defeat Lephantis's Forces / Sortie Mission 3 Palus (Pluto) / Rescue / Energy Reduction Equipped Valkyr Prime, started the mission(presumably as the host), entered an elevator, waited for the other two players to get in, accidentally took myself out of the elevator with Rip Line just as the last person got in, got back in the elevator and rode down with the other two players, and then noticed when we reached the bottom that I suddenly had my usual 637 energy.
  2. I'm sure the OP's ideas are great and all but this isn't my first rodeo regarding excal reworks. So I'm just going to skip ahead to see mostly all, if not everyone, disagree with them. (after read) lol yup that's what I thought. Look, I also have my own "best ideas for an excal rework because I've played excal for *insert time here* long", but nobody cares because they all feel the same way. This guy wants excal's 3 to be throwable. This guy wants the 4's waves removed. This guy thinks the passive is good and definitely not buggy as hell. I've lost count of how many posts I've made regarding excal fixes, but I do remember the disagreements stemming from either borderline narcissism, or from something completely unrelated to the topic (e.g. "excal doesn't deserve a rework because wukong needs one more"). Will I make another post on excal? Probably, when he inevitably bugs out and I lose all my mission rewards, again. But not here. Instead, here's my newest build, sitting at 21k ehp before Adaptation. Against simulacrum lv170s, I took(not counting hits on shield gating) 16 shots from a corrupted nullifier, and even 4 bursts from an exo eviscerator. (and no you shouldn't have any casting issues as long as you're even remotely mindful of your energy)
  3. Where were these wise words of wisdom when someone at DE decided "I feel like killing Magus Lockdown today".
  4. Puncture, Cold, Electric, Blast, and (still) Radiation, all lack damage potential in their procs. What's being done to improve them? Since the range of Gas procs are getting buffed, what about Electric and Blast? With the upcoming parazon finisher changes to Impact damage, instead of increasing the chance of a parazon finisher prompt appearing, can it be changed to increase the health threshold where a prompt can appear? Even if it's guaranteed to see a prompt at X% of health, no one will perform a finisher if X remains as low as it is right now. 15 seconds is a bit punishing for a cooldown on Arcane Energize. Can it be reduced to 10 seconds, or at least have the cooldown reduce via ranking up Energize? Arcane Grace now only activates upon health damage. Can this be reverted to all damage, like how it was before? Inaros may remain unaffected. Inaros may use it best. But Inaros is not the only one who uses Grace. Could the Sentience part of Excalibur Umbra's passive get removed? He's just been a hinderance since release in virtually every scenario(health punished from Umbra taking damage, loss of Exalted Blade and combo counter, loss of all buffs from abilities and aura mods, uncontrollable AI, and so many bugs). Lore is great, but it shouldn't be an excuse for frustrating gameplay! Volt's 4 performs as an expanding wave just like Nova's 4 and Mag's 3, but its range scales off of Range instead of Duration, vs Nova and Mag scaling off of Duration. Can his 4 be changed to Duration? Can you add a push mechanic to Mag's 1 so that it becomes Push & Pull? To really help with the "crowd control and enemy manipulation" bit she's themed to be. Why is the math to certain status chance mods including Chromatic Blade, Reactice Storm, and Shattering Justice, getting unnecessarily punished with nerfs while disguising their changes to appear as buffs? Especially considering the weapons those mods went on were already becoming comparatively weaker as time went on. Will this "disguised nerf" be applied to other rewarding mods in the furture? Aura Forma already costs an arm, a leg, and the souls of our unborn grandchildren, and they're arguably not worth crafting/using because of this. Considering that it will have even less usefulness than Aura Forma, can this mistake please be avoided with the upcoming release of Stance Forma? When are the changes to Magus Lockdown getting reverted because as the changes stand right, they are ridiculously punishing to everyone/anyone who's put in the 210k standing worth of work to enjoy the only viable magus arcane in the game. Instead of nerfing everything fun, can the trash get some attention to become relevant? The Rakta Dark Dagger isn't even a strong weapon compared to other melee weapons but it was good BECAUSE its shield restoration affect was unrestricted. Its nerf was unnecessary, please revert it.

  6. Legit serious question: Are you guys just determined to kill off exalted weapons? Because if so let's not beat around the bush. Don't make us suffer, just get it over with already.
  7. So with all these changes that are essentially "boosting weak things and lowering strong things", we're definitely getting a buff on Exalted Abilities, right? Because as they are right now, some weapons are just better than these "ultimate warframe unique abilities". And with all these nerfs to corrosive, Exalted Abilities are not exempt from the chopping block. So what is being done to make these special weapons, special again?
  8. So like a lot of other people, I've posted a lot of bug reports here on forums. Every plea went unanswered, obviously, but this one particular thing IS SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE PAID ACTUAL MONEY FOR so I need to bring it up at least once: Nikana zaws' sheaths disappear almost immediately upon use of the weapon, including skins that are equipped to said nikana zaws. Please tell me this is going to be fixed soon.
  9. I think Nyx's 1 could be saved if the mind controlled enemy could actually be controlled. I disagree with how her 4 "needs to be" a map nuker. Especially if requires friendly fire because 1) it requires cooperation, something suprisingly sparse in warframe and 2) it drains WAY too much energy WAY too fast. Map nuking as a psychic themed frame just doesn't fit. The only thing I can match to map nuking being ok on nyx would be something like "I command all you enemies within an X meter radius to believe you see something scary and scare yourselves to death". idk... And by no means were either of her passives good. Inconsistency being the downfall of both. But yeah, her previous "disarm" passive was better. My ideal Nyx changes would be this: Passive: enemies affected by Nyx's abilities are disarmed if they were within X meters from cast 1: Mind Control: Target can once again be damaged by enemies but Mind Control now lasts infinitely or until target is killed/released. Press 1 to cycle target between attack, defend, and steal. Attack defaults the target to seek out enemies and gives dmg buff to those within a Xm radius. Defend commands the target to hold position at targeted location and gives armor/shield/health(depending on faction) to those within Xm radius. Steal defaults the target to loot corpses with X% chance, and commands it to hack targeted consoles instantly(e.g. alarms, interception towers, orb vallis bases, etc.). Hold 1 to use commands. Hold 1 while looking at the target to release it. 2: Shade Mist(new): Nyx exudes a dark aura that seduces nearby enemies into a deep slumber. Get an aura for X duration with X range. Enemies within the outer range are slowed. Enemies closer to the center are kept asleep, and stay asleep for X duration if they're no longer in the center. 3: Chaos: Enemies now lose their armor/shields in all the chaos(pun intended). 4: Oracle: Pushing herself to the limit, Nyx opens her third eye to see all and know all. Channeled ability. Nyx sees all enemies even through walls within X m radius, and deals 1.25x dmg to enemies in this state.
  10. I just tested a max rank titania's lantern with no mods against various lv100s. Super disappointing. Next, I tested the same thing but with a max strength build. Not only was it highly impractical but it was still disappoiting. Finally, I tested a heat only chromatic blade with 100% status chance, just enough dmg to mimic a max rank titania lantern with no mods, and all other mods on excal and exalted blade were taken off. This was basically a "what if titania's lantern could proc" test. Using the same group of mixed lv100s, making sure to avoid headshot bonuses, and hitting only once per second, I gotta say... it's not bad. The base stats of the ability itself could use a slight buff, and that "if you hit a lantern'd enemy they bounce like a balloon" aspect has gotta go imo. But, if lantern could just proc its dmg, it would actually be pretty viable as a hybrid cc/dmg ability.
  11. That has nothing to do with the topic at hand regarding razorwing's vacuum. Feel free to start a new topic, but you don't have to devalue others' ideas to do so. As for razorfly recovery, it already has potential to become more streamlined via the changes original suggested by DE Reb. If tribute is really going to be changed to a "whichever buff you want, whenever you want" ability, the current method of recovering razorflies(cast tribute on an enemy then collect their soul to recover 1 razorfly) has the potential to be buffed as well. Personally, I'm hoping it's "cast tribute whenever you want to gain whichever buff you want, and also revive all dead razorflies". edit: While on the topic of razorflies, it would be great if their overall survivability and dmg were boosted. Titania's Health & Shields after mods + (bonus Health and Shields × Ability Strength) is the immediate thought that comes to mind for me. Their ridiculous armor values are obviously fine as they are right now. As for dmg, giving razorflies their own critical chance, critical dmg, and status chance values, as well as letting them use mods from titania's diwata, would allow for more customization and importance to both the razorflies and diwata.
