I've seen this bug multiple time, usually happens when someone's wants to speedrun the 3rd or 4th mission (the ship invasion mission). Make sure to do 1st and 2nd mission first, if other player trying to speedrun it, just leave the party.

I know language is complicated, but cant they just make it enable in "chat" for different language but keep the menu/mods english? And let us copy the letter so that can easily translate. In region chat i never encounter other foreign language but once in-game, its easy to find them. Nvm, maybe its a bad idea when trading to avoid confusion. But damn, its just good for in-game mission u know. But damn would mess the trade communication.

Sorry for this post, after reading the wiki apparently i just need to spam round 1 each bounty to get debt bound, (it still give 1 on 6 or 1 every 8 round because oversatured reward), forgot to read wiki because warframe is a wiki game.

It is consistently easier to get Aya on final reward which is an uncommon reward meanwhile getting a debt bond is near 0 chance after playing 6 times because it drop me lens and endo for most of the part. if we look at fandom page about debt bond : https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Debt-Bond , many commenter complain about the rarity of debt bond drop eventho its a common, each common reward it always give endo and lens which is less satisfying when compare to the amount of time to grind.
