i love how some people keep saying "DE is a bad dev" "warframe sucks!"
really, if you hate DE and warframe so much, don´t come bother on the forums.
if you stay, give actual feedback, don´t post things like "de doesnt care anymore" because that helps, well, nobody, at all
Enormous mountains of feedback have led to almost nothing.
One person datamining had more of an impact on the game, namely forcing DE to sort droprates out for a time.

DE #1 developer in NA!
Hope I don't get banned for combining "#" and "1" in a sentence.

AsurO #5

Lore is an afterthought, what little of it there is, will always give way to potential profits.
DE aren't going to ignore the possibility of two prime access sets just to keep in line with something they barely bother with in the first place.

Getting real pumped just thinking about this.
Did somebody mention pumping?

Time to prepare for the long anticipated return of the most appreciated percentage droprate ever adjusted in the void; the 0.67%.Also, a few things that I’ve been working on personally:
- A redistribution of the void drop tables to help with its long term health and increase the odds of getting gear you want.
I hope it's going to be here to stay this time!

I see that some people play warframe on excels and numbers.
Some others play it in theory.
And some just play the game.
Now I wonder who's the more legit.
Dataminers are the most legit of all.

Let's say you've never eaten chicken. I tell you what it tastes like and you argue, to the death of you (while also never tasting it) that it must taste like hamburgers. Do you see how ridiculous that is? You're right, I can't tell you what fire tastes like because I have never tasted it. If you have actually tasted fire, I'll take your word for it. I'm not going to assume that it tastes like blueberries.
Lets stick with the food analogy, what you're doing is telling people who have eaten all kinds of lamb and have at least some experience eating mutton that they know nothing about eating real mutton and shouldn't be able to make any judgment about how it tastes or how you might go about eating it.
-
I'm saying that you cannot make a claim about something unless you have done it yourself.
Fire tastes exactly like cinnemon, you can't tell me otherwise unless you've tasted fire yourself.
Get back to me on that one.

* More UT 3 Weapons
(Like let's say Missle Launcher would be a pretty nice weapon also with his special charge attack you know what I mean. Also for secondary dat rifle that is shooting discs that teleport you around...)
You picked the single Unreal Tournament that DE had nothing to do with.

Ah man this reminds me of one MD mission where a group of grineer we're just standing in front of the terminal. They didn't even try to attack it.
I will add the screenshot to this post when I find it.
Found the picture! They were just standing there doing nothing until Nova erased them.
Sticking to the same theme, I've got a bunch of these screenshots where the Grineer make peace with the Tenno and take up arms agains their real enemies; the walls.
-
You forgot those guys :
My favorite unit : Grineer commander.
Barely any teamwork to them, they're about as likely to teleport you into an empty room or behind their allies as they are to teleport you into danger.

AI has been getting better every major update...especially infested.
That's funny because I've recently been able to effectively afk maps with defense objectives because the infested run into walls instead of attempting to attack it.
Compared to AI used two generations ago the AI is pitiful, even back then they were able to code units that worked as teams. The closest to AI teamwork you see in this game is from the shield drones. Even that amounts to little more than making one unit run to nearby units.

but it's not on the drop tables (and never has)
Wrong, some people have it along with auras like Pistol Amp and Sprint Boost and countless other mods that are otherwise unattainable right now because DE likes to sit on these things.
-
Keep in mind that even if they played a decent amount over the course of an entire week they wouldn't really have been able to get many of the weapons that really carry players forward into the good stuff.
He'd likely still be in his newbie Frame - which was either Excal (Who sucks), Mag (Pretty good) or Loki (Not the easiest way to start the game blind).
And he'd have lower tier guns, which honestly feel like you've been left to fight off the forces of evil with limp noodles and angry glares.
Nothing about the lower to early mid tier weapons in the game scream "INTENSE ACTION"
It is a massive screwup on DE's part to make the early gameplay much less engaging than the later gameplay, it's an even bigger screwup that they don't really balance or think about starter players, only about endgame.
Starting now must be a nightmare, power creep has left the lower gear as pathetic, changes to the factions leave you with less options to get your drops, the tutorial is full of holes, parkour is sluggish and doesn't handle how it's expected to handle, melee is nigh on useless and so on.
It's no wonder the game is getting bad reviews.

just another day of warbros, exploiting exploits.
I heard they were using exploits to go at the speed of light, slowing time down for themselves, making everything easier.
I also heard they were even going faster than light! They're exploiting physics and God should ban them for this!

Wrong game, wasn't Freeman.Freeman playing with that little grenade is funny.

Gearbox did this in 1999.

Strangely the thread where she posted that seems gone now.
Could she have gotten it wrong and got rid of the thread? It certainly seems to be finished ingame.

it was a common practice in Guild Wars to run low level chars from the start to the last mission, where you would instantly reach max level. People charged 4 to 9 Platinum for that, back in my day.
It was also common for running to Droknar's Forge or Lion's Arch for low levels to get max armor.
There were also quite a few farming builds that had people paying others to join/others paying them to leach.
None of our examples were regulated by the developers to any real degree and yet the game didn't fall into ruin because of it.

Not really, it's all the wonderful world of software development cycles.Well not really, since my grammar makes it nonsensical. Gotta fix that.
Claiming Warframe is a real beta is like saying they have a fully grown guard dog, in reality they have a small puppy who isn't toilet trained yet.
-
Not exactly a mindset, it's an absolute fact.I am of the mindset that this it most certainly not a Beta but an Alpha with a cash shop.

Sounds like some kind of scrupulous infiltrator, doing his best to make a prophet.
-
There's no reason to think that we won't though? Common sense would suggest that at some point (soon?) they will be fleshed out where possible . But we will just have to be patient (i know, i too want to have all that info and have a good read but that's how it is)
Vor's Prize has been coming "soon" for an incredibly long time now.
Most enemy descriptions are two or three words long, the frame/weapon/sentinel ones are all taken from their item listing.

At least they stopped those hackers from using googled API to hack the servers and ruin the game for us all.
