When does Nova n Mag go back into the Vault?? Just want to know how much time I have to grind...

Ok, just saw friend post in trading, and he sent me private message that I could read n reply too.

This must be a glitch?? I still can not see posts from anyone else

I can not see any players posts in any of the chat boxes (relay, squad, clan, recruiting, or trading).

I posted in trading chat, saw the clock count down, however, I can not see posts from any of the other players, nor do I get responses to WTB items I am looking for.  I do see CodexBot responding to players in relay, but not players posts asking questions.

All I do see in trading chat box is "Type /? to view available chat commands"

I have checked options/chat and I have all chat boxes checked.

Is this a glitch?? 

Any answers or help would be greatly appreciated.

[Clan Emblem]

Clan leader mentioned that our Clan Emblem design was awaiting approval, so I went ahead and purchased Clan Emblem from arsenal (before approval). Now that it has been approved, I cannot see our clan design when I wear it - I only see exactly what is shown in arsenal under regalia/clan emblem. Other players can see the design, however, I still only see the arsenal basic design. 

Is there a way for me to fix this so that I can see the clan design I am sporting - and see what others are describing to me for myself??
