This is a strange one. I put an override Ability Strength + Reload Speed invigoration on my Wisp 2 days ago. At some point during my play session, I lost the bonus and was not getting the extra strength. I also lost the notification icon on the upper right that displays the remaining invigoration time. After swapping to another invigorated warframe I could see the remaining invigoration time and icon. Upon swapping back to Wisp the invigoration returned.
Best guess for timeline of when it was removed.
Played Wukong Netracells missions
Swapped to Nova and played Steel Path Mirror Defense on Deimos
Swapped to Wisp and played Arbitration (Wisp bonus Strength, Excavation, Earth, Grineer, I was host)

Swapped to Gara on the same loadout, Could see the invigoration on this warframe
Swapped back to Wisp on the same loadout, Invigoration icon returned
It may just be a visual bug but I think the strength was missing because with the Arbitration bonus I should have been close to +1200% bonus Strength but Roar was only amplifying to ~200% (~+700% Strength) when it should have reached ~360% with all the conditionals.
+583% Base Strength bonus + Growing Power(25%) + Archon Intensify(30%) + Molt Augmented(60%) + Hardened Wellspring(20%) + Invigoration(200%) + Arbitration(300%)
