As someone who goes for blue gems along the way to the objective, it's just as annoying when you have to zerg rush all the mining indicators and perform the OBJ at the same time and no one waits for a few moments.

Maybe it's a personal character flaw, but I have yet to be swayed by the people who claim total innocence and run to the forums to complain publicly about something that will not be discussed publicly by the people who are in change of the bans. Feels like every one of the bans whined about is deserved and there should be more.
Nibba is a meme it has absolutely nothing to do with the race of the person nor does it belittle the race in question

The ToS doesn't make sense when you consider that in most cases when someone hits you, you will hit them back. Unless you are mentally of physically incapable of doing so

There is no reason to fight back; the whole point of the ban/ignore/report system is that they don't want fights breaking out.
Players shouldn't be expected to police chat for themselves with the ignore feature; if someone breaks the rules they should suffer the consequences. The only issue os that the rules aren't clear enough.
If word X is banned in chat, how difficult would it be to have the chat bot block the message and send the player "Word X is banned, please don't use it again" the first time? After that just auto-kick.
You have no right nor the moral high ground to determine whats the appropriate response to this particular situation. That's your opinion

This my be a foreign concept but its called selective use.
If I don't agree with the moderation policy of DE I don't Chat on DEs servers.
This is not like PS4 where I have to pay x dollars per year even if I don't use a chunk of the services it provides. If I don't like the ToS but like the game I am free to avoid chat rooms that can get me service suspended. I can talk bad about a moderator or player in a discord server because it's not in their juristiction and they can't tell people use outside wf channels what they can or cannot say. That's choosing what parts if the service you do and don't use.
Personally I prefer if everyone of all opinions can talk together but many companies, government and people prefer to reinact policies similar to Solzhenitsyn's Gulag Archipeleago. Then I can't do anything about that myself

Anyways, despite warframe being an open market. People can discover trends, if a certain item sells for 1k then that items and related items will convince buyers to sell for that same price. In the case of scoliac rivens you get what you pay for
