Warframes start with max health & max shields, why not max energy?

I don't understand why Warframes don't start with max energy at the beginning of every mission. We start with max health, max ammo, max shields but no max energy.
If your a death machine like a Warframe you don't go into battle unprepared, its like going into battle without a full clip.
Thoughts?

The reason i didn't run sorties that much is because most of the rewards I already owned from previous events or just purchased.So I was very exited about this new check box feature but i found one problem those check-box only get checked if you acquire the items from the sorties. So in other word if i already have/own an item from an event, (Strun Wraith for example) It doesn't check any of the boxes off.So no benefits for veteran players. :( but hooray for new players :D

How often do you use the Bazaar for trading? Once
The UI is terrible and make no sense at first but it need to be clear from the get go.
Its still easier to trade via trade chat and i hate trade chat.
No one is ever there.It would be great if seller could mark (checkbox) items in their mod/foundry inventory as tradable.
Buyer could go up to a user and view their profile and there would be a tab that say tradable.

Well when your "bleeding out" you should have a trail of blood behind you as you crawl on your stomach. Also if your on your last revive you should be able to do a self-destruct and kill everything in the stage blood and guts everywhere.

I think its fine if you don't already own 99% of the stuff. I own everything but the syandana,
How do you feel about the current toggle option for sprinting?
Didn't know it had the options.
Overall, what is your initial impression of the sniper rework?
I only use sniper rifles for MR points.
