+fire rate + crit damage +reload with -zoom/recoil

I didn't see a bug section for weapons on the forums, but it doesn't appear increased magazine capacity buffs the mag size of the Miters Incarnon form im not sure if this is a bug or is intention but im going to assume the later since the miter has alot of bugs.
