bro they are launching a new update in a couple of days 🙄

Events. Plague Star, Orphix Venom, even Scarlet Spear: interesting, limited time events, with decent rewards. We don't need another update with another solo story quest to finish and forget. Limited time events are fun and engaging, and they reward players for experimenting with their load outs and team composition.

  2. Requiring 30 minutes for a drop campaign that only last an hour is sort of unreasonable.

Confuse your time zones, show up late, too bad, no drop for you.

10-15% is a better expectation. If the campaign is only an hour, make the drop require 10 minutes. If you want to require 30 minutes, make the campaign two or three hours.

They're pausing hotfixes likely because they sent the build to cert already.

That's the technical reason, nothing objectionable about that. Can't push hotfixes while a build is being certified.

Ah, so you care more about new content than actual game functionality.

Noted.  Honestly disappointed, but I don't know why I'm suprised.

This is the crux of the displeasure. We know there's a pressure to push new content to sell more premium currency, but you have to take a 'bugs before features' stand or it's never going to get better. 14 hotfixes isn't a prize, it's a seriously buggy release, and now you want to take a pause for another content focused cert build? Cert build for serious bug fixing would be one thing, but cert build to push more new buggy content on top of buggy content is objectionable.

In cases where the rewards itself is unknown, I find it better to ask your teammates for help ASAP, as they might not be online later.

I think you missed the point, @[DE]Megan 's post makes it seem like you can open a ticket with support and all will be resolved, but that's not the case at all, it's just the standard 'missing item' claim, where if you can collect enough evidence of what was lost, they'll stick what you ask for in your mailbox. You get to do all the legwork of messaging randoms to try and figure out what rewards you lost. That's not a solution, it's not even a stopgap, it's a fool's errand. It'd be a different story if they could just run a script to find all the missed rewards and return them, but that's not what's happening.

You're not going to keep playing missions so you can take screenshots and message people to find out what rewards you lost that time around. Just stop playing until they fix it.

Since we are not Hotfixing again before the weekend, our Support team is here to provide missing rewards for said Void Flood Clients. We ask that you make a Support ticket with the title “MISSING VOID FLOOD REWARD AS CLIENT” so our team can work towards rectifying the accounts.

Don't do this. Support has no idea what rewards you lost, it's just a wild goose chase. Just stop playing the new content until they fix it.

  6. A welcome change. The daily streams were repetitive anyway; how many times can you tease the same update, the same new cosmetics, the same new warframe in a week.

I do think making the drop watch time requirement 50% of your planned streaming time is still foolish. Leave more room for errors. Make it 15 mins, and cap it at 2 drops or something.

How long will it stay in your Twitch inventory if you miss the manual pick

Drops in your Twitch Inventory don't expire. They'll be there waiting until you eventually claim!

@[DE]Megan I believe this is incorrect. Based on other streams using this system, if you earn the drop but fail to manually claim it during the campaign window, e.g. the hour window of your stream, it is lost.

I appreciate the visibility of the new system, but like others I am less excited about manually claiming drops. I understand this is a Twitch technology problem outside your control.

  8. Just noticed this happening today and yesterday in the Sortie rescue missions, not sure if it's happening elsewhere.

After rescuing the target, the mission objective continues to track 'locate the target' instead of showing the exit tile. Both times, the mission eventually proceeded, after what seemed like about five minutes. Tried /unstuck, no effect, as expected.

Need an /unbug for mission scripts or something.

we ... use a variant of progressive disclosure, which in practice means we add more information, but put it behind rollovers or clicks.

I don't know why I have to spell it out for you @[DE]Pablo, but this is the worst idea possible, and underpins why I hate so many of the UI changes.

Rollovers SUCK, especially for console where you're slowly pushing the cursor around with thumbsticks, not instantly mousing over something.

You should be trying to minimize clicks and cursor movement. Show me the information I need to make a decision, and show me which key to press to effect that decision.

    Two examples:

    1. Relic reward selection screen
      1. There are a max of four possible rewards, and one must be chosen. One is selected by default. Currently you have to click to pick another reward. But my dumb game controller has four buttons right on the face, and I can't do anything on this screen except pick a reward. It sure would be nice to use those.
      2. There's more information if I hover over each reward. That might be okay, but I'm in a timed screen, and I need to decide NOW. I want to see the important information at a glance, not mouse around with my thumbstick. Important information like a) how many of this item do I have b) how many of the crafted version of this item do I have and c) do I already have the thing this prime part crafts into.
    2. Endless mission stay/extract voting screen
      1. The most important question is "Is the host going to extract" because no one wants to risk a host migration if they can avoid it. You hid the host information in a hover element. WHY?! It's four letters. Put them at the top, give them a gold circle, you have so many options, but you hid it.
      2. This screen used to clearly indicate (on PS4) triangle to stay and square to extract. Nice and quick. That still works, but it's no longer indicated anywhere. If you're new, you may think you need to thumbstick your cursor to one side to choose, which is slow. I've seen plenty of low MR players taking a long time on this screen, and I think this is why.

PC master race and all that jazz, but if you designed your UI to work better on console from the start, it's not like PC wouldn't also appreciate the simplicity. Stop hiding information in mouseovers and give your interfaces button bindings with labels.

  10. I think it's a UI bug. I completed the daily 'mow them down' when it first appeared a day ago, yet today it appears undone, along with its duplicate mission. You can tell them apart by the time remaining countdown.

I did solo survival to complete them as usual, seemed to get to 140, then started back at 1/10/20 etc, until I finally got the in game completion bark. But now back in orbiter, they show uncompleted again, but opening the Nightwave screen gave me a level up, even though they also appear uncompleted there.
