I got the shawzin myself, and was able to play it, I also got my friend his shawzin, and he simply has the decoration, and not the emote. My current working theory is that they forgot to add the emote to the "drop" and only gave the decoration, And the only reason I am able to play Is that I had already purchased several shawzins (kind of a big fan of them) - Both on PC
