[Losing Affinity, Credits and Resources upon host migration]

I was just running Scarlett spear and decided to bring my rank 10 Ferrox with to level it up a bit, I got it up to 14, which isn't much, but hey, progress. Anyway the squad I was with went to extract and so I followed, but the host ended up leaving before I got to extraction and it threw me in another session with a different squad and it reset all my progress and I lost EVERYTHING I got from the previous session. This isn't even the first time it's happened. I've had a similar thing happen to me when I was grinding relics on a capture mission and the host migrated and it threw me in a session with a squad on their last round of a defense mission, and again, everything I had earned previously, got taken away.

I'd call it bad luck but this game continues to do this crap to me and I don't even know how to or where to report it cause all they do is redirect me here to the forums.

[Bugged Orb Vallis Bounties]

I've been having this same problem with the profit taker phase 3 mission. After the initial hack on the console,  neither points A or B van be interested with. It's been this way for about a week or so. 

[Anyone else having this issue]

My problem is twofold,

1. I'm having a problem with the nightwave refresh rate. I completed 7 of the 8 or so challenges over a week ago, minus the one about getting perfect hunts on Orb Valis.  I know it's supposed to refresh every 3 days, but it's been about a week and a half, the hunt challenge is still showing and two other alternating challenges will show up, but the rest still read as completed. I'll get an image of it as soon as I can to show what I'm seeing. 

2. The tactical alert to help Clem won't go away. I've done the mission 4 times now, and it's still there, and the treasure hunt for Maroo won't show up as available. 

Anyone else experiencing these issues? If so, how can I fix them?

[Cetus bug crash]

I haven't even been able to access Fetus or plains of Eidolon since the sacrifice dropped. Going to a calmer server, changing warframes, even hard resetting my console and I can o my get to a perpetual loading screen.
