  1. The first thing I noticed when I look at her is the edge textures on tertiary color channel (so pixelated by the blue), and I'm like does this not bother anyone else? Am I really that nit picky? It looks disconnected from the rest of her and it looks messy. Her concept art is so clean it has me asking is this really on purpose or did someone miss a polish pass? But you are the only person I see complaining about her besides me. Is everyone just too salty about the Crimson Spear to care?

    They made her boobs bigger and now they aren't even round (green)? It's kind of embarrassing in my honest opinion.

  2. I agree, I wish they would remove it, otherwise I won't use it.

    I hate stagger personally, this whole new stagger system is decreasing my enjoy-ability of the game. I would rather accidentally kill myself on occasion from an explosion than get staggered every other shot.

    Having a stagger on a forward melee combo feels unnecessarily punishing, bad, unfun, and not worth the gains over other stances. If they think this combo is too strong I would rather they slightly nerf the damage of it then put such a frustrating mechanic on it.

  3. I never used melee mode before. Like I'm certain of that. But before the heavy attack change I would have sworn that I ran around holding RMB and spamming attack all the time. Now if I RMB with my melee weapon out I aim my gun which makes me lose all my combo points. I asked in clan and they clearly thought I was dumb because they don't expect it to work the way I am describing but I can't believe RMB was aiming this whole time and I NEVER NOTICED. Well actually I can believe that, which is why I am asking if I'm crazy, or actually really dumb. Tempo Royale is one of my most used stances and I did not ever notice RMB making me aim before this update. Please confirm if I am criminally unobservant.

    Thanks for recording this, I didn't know how to describe it myself. So far I saw it in Helene, it started from the beginning of the mission - and I believe it was Laomedia, a syndicate interception where it didn't start until close to the end of the second wave.

    I asked about it both times, it doesn't seem like any of my team mates saw it.

    Another poster attributes it to Adaptive Exposure but I have this setting off.

  5. In the last 2 days I have had this happen 3 or 4 times. I looked through keybindings and I'm not sure what I'd accidentally be pressing but it seems like the issue because I am not otherwise lagging. Just out of nowhere my 1 2 3 4 5 become unusable. Instead if I press the button it highlights the ability icon and then nothing happens. Transference simply nothing happens. I can move, sprint, shoot, use gear items. In Archwing pressing space to boost doesn't work.

    I guess that is what I don't understand yes, it's clear that my mods are still in beginner state and I need to work on them more, but how much investment and what kind of stats ranges are making the difference between my shot doing 1k per bullet and yours doing however much. My riven is not great but it has crit so while I zoomed I should have 100% crit chance if I understand that correctly. Multishot is more important than Heavy Caliber?

    I have 223 with Arcane Fury, I bring Volt for shields etc, like I have read those tridolon guides and I understand all that stuff even though I don't have the equipment to do that stuff yet. Just (erroneously) expected my sniper to do more than 1k a bullet simply because it was a sniper.

    I understand not to use that in regular gameplay, I am saying I was trying to learn first hand how much Shattering Impact increased damage taken and it didn't increase it at all which makes fail to understand what it does or what it's purpose is.

  8. So the base damage of my sniper is actually really bad and not worth investing in? I'm not trying to be a one shot maestro as of yet, just be able to have my sniper do more damage than my Kitgun/Fulmin while I work on improving my mods/forma situation.

    For Shattering Impact I used Cobra and Crane just because I had it, again I didnt bring this into a public mission I just tested it on my own to see the damage difference. I shot multiple times after different amounts of hits, up until the armor was completely broken and my damage never increased.

I have been doing the Teralyst bounty for about 2 weeks now, have tried to learn how to carry my weight and as I have read up on strategy, mods, and looked at what other were using I thought I was good to go to at least contribute - until I got in a public group where I actually wasn't being carried (amazing how long that took actually, people in this community are really nice). I had gone in non-bounty by myself just to see that I could break the shield and a limb but at the time I just used my Fulmin since I was forma-ing my sniper and I did only use my Fulmin in the beginning (which apparently was actually the better choice). Once I was using my sniper and got in a group where no one else was damaging his health I realized my sniper was barely poking it. I had to use my Kitgun to take him down. I mean I was actually flabbergasted in the final phase when my first round hit him and his health bar didn't even have a notch out of it.

    This is my sniper, I know Snipetron is not the best but it was what I had at the time and my clan said it was usable. NeXiw0V.jpg Obviously I need to forma more and also I need to work on upgrading my Serration more but I don't understand exactly what is causing my low damage. Is it my gun, my mods, my pure radiation stat, arcanes, everything, or something else I have overlooked? I don't have Void Strike but I don't think Void Strike alone explains how one person can chain solo the thing by himself in less than 5 minutes each since that isn't enough time to charge it much.

    A specific thing I still don't understand is Shattering Impact as any amount of stacks of this didn't seem to increase my damage, nor did even breaking the armor entirely (I know you aren't supposed to break it I just tested this on my own).

  10. I started Yam on public but by myself, no one joined. After killing Vay Molta 4 times he stopped spawning.

    The mod was scaling.

    Assuming the manner in which I killed him might be relevant to why he bugged out:
    I was on Oberon Prime using Soma and Mara Detron but I'm pretty sure I only shot him with Mara Detron which has Corrosive, Blast and Radiation mods on.

    I did stay in the map for about 30 minutes trying to win but the scaling was too brutal 😛 If he was anywhere hiding or stuck I could not find him for sure.
