Kinda but not really.
Because whenever there's a trade both players are buyers.
E.G. 1 :
A sells a mod so B pays a tax for that mod
B however gives something in trade, there for A is 'buying' what B is trading and there for A has to pay tax on whatever B puts up in trade.
E.G. 2 :
A sells a riven. B buys that riven with plat
A pays tax on the plat while B pays tax on the riven. If there's lots of plat involved then the tax that A had to pay can be hefty and way more then the tax that B has to pay to buy the riven.

1/ learn the paths
2/ don't hesitate to change the mods on your frame to get a particualr test done
3/ learn how to control that warframe with the changed mod set
4/ take a warframe with high durability (e.g. Rhino) or decent invisibility (Loki, Limbo, Ash)
5/ ignore the enemies, a.k.a. don't shoot the enemies it isn't about killing.
6/ practice until you can do it several times succesfully in a row
7/ have fun being MR23

Spoilerbe prepared to do it again but with the added difficulty that some will be going up and down for MR26 test so keep your build to do that test.

The Kavasa Prime collar is not just a cosmetic but it adds +10 health, +10 shield and +100 armour to any Kubrow you put it on.
The description is just to give it some 'flavour' but doesn't really mean a thing.
In other words, if you have it, put it on. It's not exactly something that will make a BIG difference but it's nice to have it.

I was lucky and had no problem in the normal mission BUT I now have tried twice on steel path.
The first time we were a team of 2 MR29's and we hit the time out problem on the last leg of the mission getting the "Mission Failure Imminent".
The second time we were a team of 2 MR29's and a MR30 and were doing great until we too experienced the Ropalolyst bouncing back to full health without there being an opportunity to actual do the kill shot with the laser. On the first and second leg of the mission when we took him down there was the animation as well as the distinct *plink* sound signifying that one should hit THE button but on the third leg there wasn't. We got his health all the way down, hit the button, he dodges and he has full health. We get his health all the way down again, hit the button again, he dodges again and he has full health. We started doing it for the 3rd time trying to figure out what we were doing wrong and we get the 'mission failure imminent 60 second countdown'. Bringing a Ropalolyst heath down from max to 0 within 60seconds is a feat that no many will be able to do.
The bug still exists.

IMO, I see more graphics then I see program repair/get past ALPHA programming. Add this and that, some menu's are not the same as others.. On Earth you win a mission and BIG SIGN infront, blocks view while enemy is still shooting you..

Yes they work hard. And a Client side networking is abit rough. When someone leaves the match it restarts the numbers of kills and such..strange. if 4 are in game 2 leave and the last 2 end the match, you get numbers for those 2..
Would really like to Adjust the flash light, Works irregularly, its to Bright most times and blinds you with reflection. many times it wont light up an area I would like to see..
Mate it's a free to play game with the most fair systems in place of any free-2-play game, heck it's even fairer then the AAA multiplayer games that come out these days.
Are they perfect? No. Do they drop the ball on occasion? Yep. Do they promise something and then latter on have to adjust expections because they can't deliver? Has happened.
You like WOW more? Fine. Go play it and de-install Warframe.
Do keep in mind that any online game you play for several hunderds of hours will entail a grind, doing the same things over and over again. No matter if it's COD, WOW, Fall out or GTA. Rinse, repeat, and doing the same things over and over and over again. If you don't have fun with it, then it's not your kind of game and you move on. Whining about that it isn't something that it isn't intended to be is as silly as playing a racing game and then complaining that all you do is drive around in cars.

To me it sounds more like the OP just wants to whine about the game not being like he wants it to be.
Him not having patience, wanting everything NOW.
He doesn't understand the game, he doesn't want to spend time working up to something but he wants everything on a platter handed to him.

A big thing in the game is the need to work yourself or materials up to something. Having the satisfaction of seeing your grind pay off in getting the weapon, warframe, etc or getting a riven rolled in a manner that someone is willing to pay a few hundred or more. Along the way you have to make choices because you can't persue all at the same time.
E.G.: I didn't max out on 3 syndicates at the same time but doing a couple and then much latter added a 3rd. I didn't sell prime parts for plat or ducats unless I already had the prime weapon or warframe. So what if that meant I couldn't get that thing from Baro this time... he'll be back and at some point he'll bring the item back that I want.
If you don't have patience, then sure, you can get lots of things instantly by just buying it with plat and if you don't have the patience to farm for plat then sure you can buy plat with real money. However what you can't do is spend money to win. They leave that to the likes of EA.
Is it DE's fault that you don't want to spend time playing the game or is it there fault that you don't have the time to play their game? No and no.
There for it's your choice if you play NBA or Battlefield or Anthem of anything else instead of Warframe. But if you do, then do you really think you're entitled to the same things than those of us that choose to spend many more hours on this game?
PS: hold on to your hats if the OP reads about the drop chance of Bite, something tells me he'll be one of those that expects to be able to buy it ,maxed no less, for 20p

It's all or nothing.
You can't keep the weapon and sell the ephemera. It doesn't work that way.
If you want to sell the ephemera you'll have to convert it and sell the Lich (and thus the weapon and ephemera)

To me it sounds that the OP has more money then sense.
Me and the wife trade kavats and kudrow regulary. A set of imprints can go for anywhere from 40 to 400p all depending on colors, bulky or not and being a Lotus or not.
We don't have 60 slots between us. Even if you have a slot for each possible kind of kudrow and kavat and a couple of extra so to have some room to keep breeding then you don't even need 20. If you have an issue with them taking 24 hours then I guess you're a fairly new player because even 2 years ago you didn't have to wait 24 hours but 72 hours.
The OP has no problem spending 100k on an incubator but bolts on spending 25k on consigning and rather spend 20plat on a new slot. The mind boggles.
Everything is RNG. There have been times my wife bred 3 lotus in a row, 2 of them bulky then again I had it happen to breed 12 in a row and each one was smaller uglier with common colors. IF there's anything nice about one, take imprints, consign and re-use the slot for a next try. Of course if you love to throw away plat(money) keep buying slots.

It's not a general bug that everyone experiences. I haven't had what you described happen even once.
And yes, I was able to finish that NW challenge.

Until recently a Rhino with Iron skin didn't stagger nor got knocked down nor could be influenced by status effects.
Nowadays all of the above can and does influence him.
Is this a bug or a feature ?

The same happens on PS4.
Full iron skin and still getting knocked down as well as status effects having effect.
Is this a bug or a nerf to Rhino?

For some people listening to what the game tells them is to hard.
I guess for some people remember 5 things is just to hard.
For some people figuring out that they can't bulletjump or run is just to hard.
Some people just want a button to press that when pressed says 'YOU WIN'.

FYI, you can't just breed from 1 imprint. You'll have to add a second one which means that if you don't have a spare imprint of another Smeeta then you'll have to add an Adarza imprint.
Chances that you'll have a smeeta if you don't have a second smeeta type imprint? 50%
Chances that the resulting Kavat would look exactly the same as the 1 Smeeta imprint that you want to breed? Pretty unlikely to happen. In fact, if it does happen, go out and buy a lottery ticket because your luck is of the charts.
Because your chances that you'll get a Smeeta with the same looks are, as far as I reckon, less then 0.00007%
If you do have another Smeeta imprint then and only then you'll be sure that you'll get a Smeeta.

I tested it now several times because I had the impression that something was wrong, as well as did my wife on her account. You know how all the stuff that the active Lich steals from you and that you supposedly get back once you defeated him?
Well you don't get everything back. If you happen do open caches in sabotage missions and the Lich steals them then you don't get them back at all.
I noticed it because I had several sabotage missions that yielded several endo caches which easily meant 1.000 endo per mission extra but when defeating the lich and looking at the list of all the stuff that returns to me there is no mention of cached endo or of big chunks of endo of 400 or 600 endo, like they drop in caches.
I have screenshots to proof that I got the caches with endo as well as screenshots of all that got returned.
Now considering that I like hunting for caches and that I now have run for each and every kuva weapon this means that I lost out on tens of thousands of endo.

Go to PoE. Out of the gate go left to the little lake with the geyser. Locate a mineable item near or at the shore line but away from the geyser (and enemies). Go fish. Once a fish caught, mine the item, and then shoot the enemies that are milling around the geyser. Tip, mess up the mining bit so that you don't spend time going for the 2 or 3 dots and there for spend lots of time on it.

That's new. The single aim glide ones I know of have always been get 3 headshots kills in a single aim glide.
You sure your not confusing it with the getting 10,12,15 or 18 kills in a row while wall latching without touching the floor?

MR players are just people that spend lots of time in the game ranking stuff up. It's neither a proof of knowledge nor skill.
Fashion framing : beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Or in other words, what you might think looks cool and nice doesn't mean that everyone will share your opinion on it and neither will it earn you respect or admiration from anyone. The only thing it demonstrates is that you either had plat to burn or in case you're new to the game, that you wasted your plat on looking pretty.
Buying veiled rivens is good advice, if you like to gamble.
Spending it on slots, be it warframe, load out, companion, archwing, riven or weapon ones is also a good thing
Using it to buy a difficult to get a warframe can help you prevent burning out, just make sure it's something that you'll intend to use. Best is to wait until you have a coupon tho'.
Main thing, don't just spend it wildly because 360 plat is nice but can be spend in a heartbeat. to give you perspective : a zero roll trash riven for some of the major sought after weapons start at 500p
PS: I'm MR28 and yes, I own most colour packages, a fair amount of deluxe skins, syandana's and sugatra's. The only reason i have a good chunk of cosmetics is because there's nothing better to spend my plat on having 'mastered' every single available warframe and every weapon except for some Kuva Lich ones.

Yes it does reset to 0 each time you put a forma in.

Adding a forma makes a mod-slot have a polarity, that much is true.
You however forget that once a mod-slot has a polarity that any mod that fits that polarity will only take half the amount of what it else would take of the capacity.
So when you add for instance a 12 capacity mod it will only take 6 capacity. There for putting in forma DOES improve the capacity of the weapon.
In fact, after 5 forma chances are that you'll notice that the weapon can hold all the best mods for that weapon without having put in a catalyst at all.

Euh, Sibear is only a good weapon for Frost if you're going for Roleplaying.
Sibear is also the only hammer with a disposition of 5. It has very low crit. It is extremely expensive to build because of the amount of resources it need (30k cryotic).
The only thing it has going for it is that it does have lots of status chance when doing a heavy attack. So when you can semi sneak up to a sole enemy you can do a decent amount of damage. Now, how often in a mission will you be able to do that?
Most people will only make this weapon because of MR fodder.
I got the BP for free, log in bonus, and it was only after almost a year or so that I finally bothered to make it. The only reason I didn't dump it right after leveling it to 30 was because I didn't want to risk that at some point in the future another weapon would need the Sibear as a resource, just like the Sibear needed a Magistar.
To the OP
Most melee weapons will work great on Frost. Personally I prefer the Silva & Aegis because of there defence capabilities

Ran it a few times myself yesterday evening.
Out of the 4 runs I was only able to fight the spider once. The other times it just disappeared on me. The last time really took the bisquit because I was facing it, got hurt badly so decided to retreat (= run away to a safe spot) and then turned around to hit it with the laser shot and...... the spider had disappeared in thin air.
Only way out = doing an abort and losing any chance of finishing a challenge.
