[Modding: What's Good? What's Bad? How Can It Be Better?]

Something that could rock if done properly would be to separate "mods" (el. damage, fire rate, critical chance, projectile velocity and others) form real accessories: silencer, larger mag, faster reload mecanism, zoom enhancement. It would allow many more options. But some would hate it because it would make Warframe another generic shooting game, without personnality.

Indeed this would be amazing, but that would strait up be years of work in of itself. So unlikely to happen ever

If this was a stander looter style system I would be totally for it, but since it is not I don't want to see another layer of RNG added to the entire weapon system.

As long as DE support warframe it will last, and as long as DE are actively supporting it the player base will remain strong in my opinion. Most MMO's last for many years after the devs stop updating and usually only die when the devs kill the servers.

Personally I don't think there's any problem at all with the up coming ammo economy, the solution to the problem has been in the game for a long time, only now it has a problem to solve.

Why bother modding the Grakata when you can just mod the base stats of the Braton?

From the sounds of it your asking for a Grkata with a smaller model, or a Furris with a bigger model. No actual mechanical differences between them just changed model sizes.

 

I don't think the intro/reintro of smg's is bad, just redundant.

It's absolutely an issue. It's extremely dumb and makes no sense.

 

This group of people that wants to murder you is living in YOUR public gathering space, right across the hall from that other group of people that you became friends with. Yet I can walk into the group of crazy murderers room completely unscathed and just sit in there and start meditating if I really wanted to. Why on earth would Tenno allow people who intend on killing them live on their Relays? Why?

 

It's quite literally the dumbest thing. 

The Tenno don't run the relays though. The relays are ran by Tenno sympathizers for Tenno to use. All of the syndicates are Tenno Sympathizers.

Tbh I don't really see the point of making a special sub category for something that would just be a smaller in game model, it would functionally be no different from the grakata. Especially since warframe uses a modding system so the bas stats of a weapon are not really relevant in terms of separating rifle and pistol damage.

If I'm just farming or playing any starchart mission for that matter I usually go into autopilot and don't even register most of what happens in the mission.
