    Do you think its possible that there is a tiered drop table?  The more I run this the more it looks like the distribution you'd get from a system similar to relics, with a common/uncommon/rare pool.  Wish I would have been logging these in hindsight.  I'd estimate roughly 1000 runs since the new system was put in place, which is not a statistically significant sample size, but certainly enough to start seeing a reliable pattern.  IDK, I'd bet money the bramma drops within 5 runs of adding this comment.  Fate likes to troll me, lol

    Edit:  It took 8 runs and I finally got it.  Knew if I posted some borderline out-there theory it would drop soon after.  Never fails

I've been running a Bramma farm for nearly a week now.  This has been well over 500 runs without a Bramma larvaling...  I've tried multiple frames, multiple locations, and have twice decided to just accept the Hind and Ogris in the hopes of "resetting" the drops.  This last run since the Hind has been over 300 attempts, yet it still will not pop up.  It's almost as if the game knows I need one more Bramma fusion to cap out at 60%, lol.  Other weird thing I've noticed is there has not been a single nukor in this time either, which is odd given these are the two powerhouse kuva weapons at the moment.

    So has something changed in the acquisition of these weapons?  Can you only get weapon x to drop on the same node/planet so many times before it leaves the drop pool?  I've looked around for info on this but am not finding anything.  I should note, however, that I have accepted 6-8 chakkur's (more than Bramma or Nukor) yet I am still seeing it drop, so I am doubting the previous speculation is true.

    Most of these attempts have been on Saturn/Cassini due to how quick it is to farm.  Are there any other nodes that are completed as quickly?  I tried the infested capture on Eris but am assuming lich's don't spawn on this tile set.  Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me nuts at this point!

  3. Murmur farm is about 2-3x what it should be.  Lich's pose zero threat to some frames, are a tedious chore for other frames, and most of the dialogue is cringe.

    I will admit they are exponentially better than launch.  Once you build up your req mods you are buried in requiem relics just from murmur farming, but I'd still rather just the mods drop themselves.

    Biggest negative: all the weapons that are great will end up nerfed, so its kind of a "why bother getting them" scenario.  Most of my gripes could be easily fixed though

    Power of abilities/gear is not what makes this game easy and boring.  Brain-dead AI, and no strategic gameplay against enemies is what makes it a snooze even in 2 hour endless.  The latter could be solved, if DE would allow enemies to be affected by many of the frames abilities.  But no, everything is status immune because it makes the star chart content "too easy" as if that's even possible.

    So to make the game "challenging" anything players find fun gets nuked into the ground.  We will never have challenge in this game because they do not know how to implement it; all challenge is to them is cranking the dial on scaling.  We could have FUN; all they have to do is leave s*** alone, but no, instead we get neither... This is why WF's player base are exiting in droves; the game is not fun anymore.  Without fail, whenever we find something that is fun, it gets destroyed.  If every 3mo all my rivens are going to be nerfed, why would I keep playing, given that is the only system I still login for?  The answer is I won't, nor have I been at an increasing clip, just like thousands of other players.

    As to how you fix it: bring in Team Ninja, Platinum, From Soft, etc as consultants on how to create fun, challenging, and rewarding action combat, with enemies that have interesting mechanics that are not engaged with & defeated purely based on the numbers attached to each party.  It will never happen...

    In general Zaws got ignored in melee 2.9 which results in them being less viable than variety other melee weapons of the same class (that had their base damage, crit, crit damage and status chance boosted). Unless you are using good riven and/or Exodia Contagion, they are rarely worth it.

    For status and heavy attack builds you want generally higher speed than slowest (grip choice), Links are pretty obvious choice because they are supposed to boost the Strike.

    In general pure status builds will always lose with crit/status builds in terms of scaling and zaws do not offer high enough hybrid builds (due to links restriction and not updated numbers).

    Okay, so pretty much the same approach as before 27.3 launched.  I was mainly interested in whether that innate viral on plague zaws would be a huge benefit with the new status system, but it sounds like its not.  I did a few long runs with the Lesion built for strictly status, with Weeping, and dropping BR/all crit mods.  Even proc'ing viral + slash on the same hit it really didn't seem to perform as well as just running a couple dual stat's with the normal crit setup on the Lesion, and it's really a status weapon, so I was getting the impression that a status-heavy zaw probably wouldn't fare any better.

    @(PS4)Hikuro-93  I'm guessing you too searched all over the place to no avail.  I guess with all the changes affecting so many weapons the normal build YT'ers, etc just haven't had time to get around to the zaws

Im looking to build a plague zaw and am in need of advice as to which direction I should be taking it for higher level content.  Meaning, should I go pure crit now that the Grineer armor-scaling is somewhat under control or would building it for status be more effective now that we can go above 100%?  Had taken a break from the game for a while and just returned, so I've not really had a lot of time to see how the changes have effected melee at higher levels, time to play with various builds, etc.

    So is a status-focused Kripath polearm with weeping wounds the way to go for lvl 100+ or should I just build for all crit and run blood rush?  Hybrid?  If so, should it lean more status heavy or crit heavy (as far as I can tell there is not a parts combo that gives an equal split)  If I had the extra strikes I'd just build a status, hybrid, and crit but unfortunately I have just a single strike to work with.

    Thanks for any help or suggestions

    Oh god, I'm losing my mind!  Spent 2 hours grinding vitus for no reason, lol.  Could have sworn I saw a YT vid saying they are from the vitus shop... I think the quarantine is rotting my brain

    They aren't exilus mods?!  Went from decent to not worth the vitus cost with that oversight.  Glad I saw this thread as I was just farming vitus to go pick them up

Anyone noticed some kind of weird stagger when getting hit by anything?  Been running Gara through some random missions to check things out and she seems to stagger nearly every time a projectile hits.  Not like a full stagger, but kind of like the block-stagger when using primed sure footed (I don't have it slotted, btw)

    Its super annoying and I can't figure out what it is... Does Arc Guardian or Energize have some new mechanic?  Whatever it is its directly tied to the new update as I was just using Gara/same build last night and this was not an issue

Best place to do this is Vallis.  I just use the lake right outside the main gate.  There are ores all around the lake and enemies spawn all over the place.  I'd drop your companion so they don't kill an enemy, get them following you to a location where an ore in near the shore, and then toss a generic bait in.  Catch the fish, kill the enemy, and run the laser across the ore quickly.  Its one of the easiest challenges when you've done it a time or 2... Usually takes me 3-4min.

    Edit:  And use a tanky enemy that can't be killed while fishing.  Inaros w/ a r3 grace, nidus, atlas, etc

    To say they had two years is disingenuous, because that was not two years of uninterrupted development.

    And?  That doesn't make it okay to hype and advertise one thing and deliver a barely functioning husk with little similarity to the hyped product.  They bit off far more than they could chew, that's not a good thing, nor does it instill confidence in further mainline content going forward.

I'm content converting 3-4 for RJ crew.  If I get a high roll Kuva Brakk/Nukor I'll engage to get the weapon, otherwise its still just "meh" content.  My biggest hang-up is still the requiem mods; they will not drop for me and I hate the limited uses.  Would have rather had them been the rare's in the relic but be unlimited use, then I might do the lich content more often.  Its cool its there for those that care about ephemera's and MR, I guess. So yeah, outside of a few members for your crew, specters trounce lich's so conversion is largely worthless

I really think each player should have their own personal resources used when using the forge and weapons on another person's ship.  The biggest reason I'd like to see this is I think it is stopping players from hosting.  I always play solo in everything else but I'd like to have a crew in RJ but no one seems to respond when I use recruit chat and I never see any RJ messages other than veil farming, and I can do that alone.

    Agree completely.  I've got a CD/MultiFire riven and use hunter munitions to boot and its still mediocre when doing grineer content above level 75-80.  I usually sell weapons for credits I don't use/are objectively bad to avoid buying slots every day.  Probably have 40 primaries I keep around and this may be the worst I still own.  Zarr and Boltor Prime may be worse, but I neglect Zarr because I don't gel well with the cannon ball thing and Boltor is far from bad its just long been overshadowed by newer auto rifles.  I bet if I dumped 5-6 forma in it it could still hang longer in an endless mission than Acceltra.

Im not really a fan of the Acceltra to begin with due to it falling off so hard against armor in sortie2/3 levels, let alone on endless runs, so I don't have a ton of experience with it.  That said I just run vigilante supplies in the exilus slot while using carrier and it does just fine for star chart and like cetus/vallis bounties.  If going any higher level than that the ammo becomes a problem since you need so many shots to kill enemies.

    Imo, it needs a bit more base damage for it to be a suitable primary for most content.  I see the Fulmin as probably the most balanced primary in recent memory:  Absolutely wrecks everything up until about lvl 100, at which point it really starts to lose efficiency.  Has that infinite enemy punchthrough, but the range is quite low on the plasma shot to counter it  I think DE really struck a nice balance there.  If the Acceltra could hang until 100ish I'd be happy with its power level, as I switch to melee once enemies get much higher level anyway.

    OP: assuming you've tried rifle mutation/vig supplies in the exilus slot but if not check it out.  It definitely made a big difference in the ammo economy when I went this route.

Do any other PS4/console users have a problem where the system tells you there is no free-space to download WF updates?  The last probably 7-8 console updates I've had this happen, and after the first few I started checking my free disk space and its always at least 80gb free, usually over 100 as I've noticed load times go up once the hdd in at 90%+  As long as I delete SOMETHING the update will d/l perfectly fine afterward, so I've been deleting old save files instead of entire games like I used to.

    I've deleted the cache and rebuilt the file system multiple times and it still occurs (as well as some other process from safe mode).  Its only WF that this happens with too.  This morning I downloaded Bioshock with no issues (had 92gb free afterward) and following 27.1 I just installed a MHW update that I had paused a few days ago.  No issues with these at all.

    Not really a big issue I just find it odd and was wondering if others have noticed this weird quirk.

    I've got every Prime frame in the game (don't have Vauban built because no point, but still have the parts) and every P weapon I have any desire to own.  Aside from a few that were vaulted at the time that I traded for (maybe 5%) the rest was obtained through solo relic cracking.  I save up until I've got 10-12 of a relic I want a part from, forma any gear I want to level and equip those items, and then go grind a (preferably) endless fissure until I get the part while leveling gear.  Worst case scenario I get everything but the rare out of the relic w/ spares to sell for plat and have a melee, secondary, primary, and frame leveled.  Takes an hour or so and I nearly always get everything from that relic, and now I don't have to do a boring ESO run to level gear.  If this sounds like a boring waste of time, frankly, you must hate this game, lol.  That's the majority of the game: grinding.

    If that's an unfathomable scenario then type into recruit chat, for example: "hosting Axi B2 rad/flaw+/etc 10+ rds" or "LF axi b2 farm" if you don't want to host.  In the 25min you've waited to get a recruit party together, I've already cracked 5 relics.  To each their own...
