i mean it would be nice as there is some frames id def play if they had a female option/equivalent. However, i do not expect DE to introduce this option and at this point they would have to do 50+ frames which is alot of extra work for what essentially is a cosmetic option. Maybe if they made it cost plat to get the other gender option it could be a good compromise (put it like same price as a regular frame or something). But like mentioned, i wouldnt raise my hopes of them introducing it.

i see, that is some interesting alternatives. only downside is that you will have to sacrifice damage to get them (fitting augment+ eq) or having to give up shards in order to keep a good energy economy compared to Nourish. but maybe that points to valkyr needing a redesign of her toolkit rather than helminth issue

Valkyr is starving aswell due to how ridicoulus high energy drain her 4th have, even when you max the efficency feel free to give me recommendations what to use on valkyr then to deal with the big energy drain her 4th has (and yes, im running max efficency through both dur+eff so i cannot get the energy drain any lower than i have atm)

im sorry to say but i doubt this idea would translate well into warframe. by the sounds of it, it would turn the game into arbitration (without perma death) and frankly, that would make the gameplay obnoxious. We already have eximuses that does their job well (aswell as irritating things like nullifiers and scramblers), you would probably alienate alot of the community if these changes were made. also to be ontopic: OP, you can still play the game as you like, but i would suggest solo could probably fit your playstyle better as it would make it easier for you to run the builds you wish. If you go into a public squad you have to accept that people run with what they run. I dont always run meta stuff myself but sometimes im just too lazy to swap, especielly if its something quick. Also worth to mention, trinity still holds up in eidolons and defection (just as a example). But to conclude, i think your best option would be to play either with friends or solo, thats what i do sometimes when i want to play "rp" builds or just bring out something goofy like a armor strip buff support build on valkyr.

While i do recognise that AoE spam was an issue, the rework pretty much killed the entire class of weapons, their economy is so low now there is no point of even using them anymore. Battery weapons currently arent even an issue and nowhere close to what the AoE meta was and never will, so i dont understand this wish to clap battery weapons when they arent even a problem.

i wouldnt mind it myself but for love of god let me atleast mod the grakata, its horrible to use a unmodded grakata against enemies

you'd be surprised with the power they hold and they are wonderful for when you do open world stuff/railjack. Market price isnt too bad considering what kind of grind it is to get the parts and resources to build one, you can probably buy a set from players and craft it yourself for like, 80p or something.

i mean there is plenty of deluxe skins that isnt too out of line, proteas, banshees and novas are the first ones to come to mind. As for Styanax i found his deluxe to be really cool looking and i will actually start playing him now when he will finally look good. Most deluxes are nice however there are some that irks me: Wisps deluxe, is just downright bad, waited so many years for a cool deluxe only to be given something that looked like edited tennogen skin. Valkys 2nd deluxe: would love to use it if we actually could choose between having puffy arms or not (like in the concept). rn it just looks bad with the huge arms.

I dont think we need to remove them, however, they need to be reworked. Stripping all buffs and casting you out on whatever channel ability you have is quite frustrating atleast. Frames like valkyr is heavily suffering thanks to them (and no, im not gonna bring a miter just beacuse of 1 single unit in the game) and they genuinly add nothing to the table aside frustration. Ive been running Apollo on Lua and the amount of nullify spam is absurd (scramblers, nullifiers and the demolysts pulsating nullify aura). My suggestion would be to just make them not allow you to cast while inside the bubble, thats how they should have been to begin with instead of today where they just strip you of everything.

i managed to get the full pack luckily, and in all honestly the only thing i have a problem with is it being "buy now or its gone forever". I understand its essentially a 2nd Founders package, but i heavily dislike seeing digital assets being removed forever, playing on peoples fomo with digital assets that can be reproduced at any time is extremly predatory and sadly its standard practice in the industry these days. However, im willing to give DE a benefit of a doubt since its very rare for them to pull something like this and i hope it stays that way. Only thing i hope for is that future packs wont be "buy now or gone forever" deal.

huh? i can garantuee you they are not. besides, i would rather use the umbra formas into frames than meele weapons. But from what i know, umbra formas arent that hard to aquire, you can get them from alerts, nightwave, teshin etc. What meele weapons do you use that makes it a nessecerity to use umbra mods on?

i recommend grabbing and uppgrading mods for it, also dont forget your railjack and modding that

i can live with either as long as they stop throwing nullifier abilites, god it is so annoying getting your abilites and buffs stripped, especielly when bosses already are immune to pretty much all warframe abilities

or i could just get a quick price going to warframe market instead of having to negotiate with people who want to price gouge as much as possible. People rock up prices way more than what they are worth, thats why trade chat in general is terrible beacuse getting a good deal is quite a hassle. you completly missed the point. People mark up the prices in trade chat in attempt to price gauge you, why risk ending up paying way more than needed instead of just going over to the market where i can see the market trend, stable prices and people not trying to price gauge me? not to mention having to negotiate with people is a hassle and waste of time.

trading chat is garbage and you will get scammed essentially since people sell for overprice and buy for underprice, warframe market is the go to if you want a actual good experience with trading.

it would be annoying if they did this but in the end its up to them if they do/do not. i bought the pack so im happy with the stuff that came along with it and a 16€ discount is something that wouldnt be worth crying over for that matter, atleast for me. But i doubt they will reduce the price, especielly taken into consideration with how many people bought the pack and for the prices they did. The only bad thing with the pack is that its time limited but hopefully for future packs they wont be time limited.

they have done alot of good but that doesnt mean we should be veary of changes that can become a issue in the future, nor be silent with critique. I dont want DE to end up in the garbage can like EA, Activision, blizzard and other absolute cashgrab companies that put out a product worth 10€ but costs 10x and feature alot of anti consumer practices.

she do fall off pretty quickly and very suspectible to things like nullifiers (energy economy can be rough too for that matter). would love to see her being reworked up to modern standards just like hydroid was.

i mean the whole point with a roguelike game mode is randomization, otherwise the whole idea falls flat if you can just pick the best stuff from the get go. edit: whops, accidently did a double post.

then make a SP build for majority of the frames, if you have maxxed out things then you will always have 5 warframe choices (and majority of times, decent frames at worst). takes some time to set the builds up but in general it shouldnt be an issue. also keep in mind what powers you take while in circuit and build around what tool kit and weapons you have. i dare to say it isnt too much work to get the frames ready, for most part even a basic build can get you far (there is even 0 forma SP builds out there).

regal aya isnt fomo tho, and they did change it a bit by including plat in the purchase. My biggest issue is that this is a time exclusive thing, it really leaves a sour taste

i still hope they separat the packs much more, im not interested in getting the Aya, i just want the actual skins and the attachement. 40€ for both+ the attachement would make it much better. I think my biggest issue is the "buy it now or gone forever!!!" , its disgraceful tactic and they are losing out so much on this, both in terms of actual money but also community goodwill. FOMO never has and never will be good game design, its just predatory, immoral and greedy.
