  1. The Staticor is good...but the Haymaker, Catchmoon, Splat kitgun is better...a lot better.
  2. I've said I use the weapon being leveled as much as possible. I keep my 'Saryn nuking' to a minimum...but obviously her spores spread and get some I never even see. In a nutshell my play-style while leveling a gun is: 1. Spore a baddy. 2. Shoot baddy in the face with said gun and kill him, which does tend to spread spores. 3. Shoot everything else in the face with said gun...most before the spores kill them. Even if they do, there are waves of new baddies coming and those get shot in the face. 4. When all/most nearby baddies are gone and (spore) numbers stop popping up to lead me to where they are...Repeat step 1. Usually, 25-30 min. is plenty with a booster to level anything from 0 to30 or at least 0 to 26-27 or so on a bad day or if everyone bails at 15-20 min.
  3. Oh yeah, I have no idea how many were actually killed with the kit gun vs abilities and melee. All I know is I had the kit gun in my hand using it as much as humanly possible, like I do every time I affinity boost + forma > level > forma > level > forma > level > forma > level. For whatever reason, this time it is taking a stupidly long time to level though. Nothing is going to convince me that affinity booster is working. I've done this routine too many times before, even solo with vastly better results. It wasn't just this run. It's been like this the whole 2 days I've had the booster, many ~30 min runs only yielding a few levels per run.
  4. I used the weapon I was leveling for 80% of the time, and we were all grouped up camping a choke point....that gun should have went from 0-30 twice, not 16-27. I've leveled guns faster than this with no booster and never firing a shot from it.
  5. 45 Minutes Gabii Survival. Level 16 - 27. So much for the booster. It actually seems slower than normal. I'd kinda like my 40p back 😡 Youtube Video of it.
  6. Same, just paid 40 Plat for nothing.
  7. Big fat THANKS for fixing movement controls when using a mouse for forward! Not sure which patch, but it is so much better now.
  8. Still broken/bugged movement controls when using a mouse for direction: Right Mouse = Forward S,D,F = left, back, right When moving forward (right mouse) or back (D), then pressing the opposite direction before fully releasing the first results in coming to a dead stop and remaining stopped after releasing the first button, instead of reversing direction. Game breaker for us old school folks that use a mouse button for movement. In short, I can not change direction without coming to a complete stop first. Side (S) to side (F) movement (both keyboard buttons) does not behave this way. It stops when both are pressed but resumes moving in the correct direction when one is released.

  13. Just tried it, worked fine for me.
