    I know this sound pretty passive aggressive, but i don't know how i should say it in a less annoyed way.

    First ability is lackluster, but for a 1st its acceptable.

    Second ability is interesting and 50% damage reduction is cool but if you take his passive into account, its really broken.

    Third ability is bad for a 3rd, a single target finisher for 75 energy, this should be the 2nd, or have an AoE.

    Fourth ability: another channeled ult mode. Like Titania, but nothing interesting really.

    Overall, his abilities feel non related to each other and do not synergize in any way shape or form.

    So what damage does he receive? Elemental only damage on 600 armor and 1000 hp is horrendously unbalanced, some elements will do nothing, while others will nearly instakill you. There aren't that many enemies in game that do elemental damage in the first place.
