If this happens, you realize how many players DE will lose? There are countless grumblings about PvP already, and it shows no signs of getting better. You are totally right about the fact that they feel like different games...because other than sharing the same Weapons and Frames (although heavily modified) They totally are different...So The better solution is to totally split the game into two unique games. Warframe and Dark Sector 2 or something. And even that solution would be an incredibly Bad Idea.

 

The second some player drops into wave 60 of a T4D and somehow manages to keep that group from getting the drops, Heads would roll and DE would lose the vast majority of their player base.

I agree, but id still like a little pvp in the invation missions. Corpus supporters vs Grineer suporters. Sorta like team anhiliation but with loads of mobs.
