Something something operator and drifter can't exist at the same plane of existence, so this logic apply to stalker as well. Ugh, I hate it when story plots include alternate timeline related shenanigans. They can just make anything which doesn't make sense, but it's still canon to the story.

A Side effect of cross-X. Consoles can no longer sit back and wait for a stable release while PC tests out the "Beta Builds" for them. People ask for Cross-X, this is the drawback they get.

Railjack used to have this (Host or Be Client). It was perfect, then DE took it away without any good reason.

Given how merulina, a K-Drive, despite all of its K-Drive-related problems, managed to be able to be used everywhere, I can safely say it is out of the question. It's probably DE hasn't even thought of it due to the lack of player demand. Ceilings? We can already constantly hit the ceiling with the insane freedom of mobility and a certain birdframe, I don't think adding the Kaithe will exacerbate the problem to be honest with you.

I enjoy playing around with the Kaithe. It has on demand (albeit with a cooldown) armor strip ability. It even made me to consider to switch Unairu as a goto focus schools for against armored enemies. Another thing is that it has great manuverability compared to a certain floating skateboard that ragdolls you every time you hit a tiny bump somewhere. What I find saddening is that it is isolated to free roam missions. Why can't I take it everywhere? Please let us take it outside of free roam.

Better Than Hydroid/10. Would be nice if we can use him (or his new ability through the helminth) in the origin system.

You can say that for the rest of the boss fights in this game. Once the novelty wears off and after constant re-runs, we'll go from praising this boss to hating it every time it is mentioned.

Isn't that already supposed to be that way at launch?

Here's the thing, DE is fine with immortality. It's the problems of nuke strategies and others that are detrimental to other players' horde-mowing enjoyment. I will re-phrase a quote DE gave back a while ago regarding this (I recall it was in update 22.12): "I played a horde shooter, but where are the hordes?" If your playstyle does not disrupt others' enjoyment. DE will turn a blind eye to it. If it's the opposite, then they are under the shadow of the ban hammer.
