  1. Sebek, The Guardian of Titan “Ambushing enemies from the mists of Titans rivers, his keen instincts guiding him towards the kill, his duty never-ending. This is Sebek, the guardian, the predator. This cold-blooded watcher never lets go once he latches on. Keep your hands to yourself, Tenno” Lore and Theme: Sebek was given the duty of protecting the refinery moon of Titan from would be invaders, When the Grineer and Corpus encroached upon the moon, none of them ever returned to the chill of space and Titan was sealed, barring entry or escape. Now that Titan’s barriers re-open after many long years, Sebek stirs in the rivers once more. Sebek is a Crocodile themed warframe based on Sobek, (name changed due to the Grineer shotgun called Sobek, however Sebek is another form of that name). Titan was chosen as a lore point for this frame because from my limited knowledge it is the only place in our solar system besides Earth that has rivers, albeit not made from water. That being a reference to the River Nile. I think Sebek would have the Sobek as his warframe weapon much like Gauss has the Acceltra, but perhaps released with a special version as the Sobek already exists in game. Perhaps a variant called the Nok Sobek, in reference to Executioner Nok in Rathuum as he is the only notable figure who uses the Sobek outside of normal mobs. Sebek could gain increased puncture and crit chance/damage when using this shotgun. Passive - Crushing Jaws Due to the crocodilian nature of Sebek, his strikes hit with similar magnitude of a crocodile's bite. Increasing the puncture damage of his weapons, both melee and ranged by 50%. Ability 1 - Death Roll Sebek gets passive bonus damage on bullet jumps and also displaces enemies he bullet jumps through. Activating this ability Sebek gets an extra dash forward with increased distance and range than normal bullet jumps. Enemies hit by this ability will also suffer from bleed procs while also being flung forward in the direction Sebek dashed in. Ability 2 - Ambush Sebek stealths for a limited time gaining increased Crit chance and crit damage on weapons and abilities for 5 seconds when breaking this stealth. For these 5 seconds any noise from weaponry he uses is silenced. Ability 3 - Dread Scales Sebek has a passive shield that scales from a percentage of his total health and shields, this percentage is increased depending on his power strength. When this scale shield depletes, some of the excess gets applied to his armour value reducing damage he takes. Once this shield is depleted fully, this is when the armour value will have increased to its maximum, and the shield only starts replenishing when he has not taken any damage for at least 5 seconds. When the Dread Scales shield is fully replenished it should be noted that Sebek does not retain the increased armour value as it is inherently dependent on how much shield he has lost at that time. For Example: Full shield -> No Armour Boost Half Shield -> Half Armour Boost No Shield -> Full Armour Boost This ability can be activated to send all Sebeks scales into his surrounding area, causing puncture and bleed procs to surrounding enemies. This will also cause surrounding enemies' weaponry to be unable to fire for a duration depending on power strength. When Sebek activates this ability he loses all his shield and armour increases leaving him defenceless for a time. Ability 4 - Rivers of Titan Sebek used the many rivers and lakes of Titan to slip in and out of combat to surprise and gain advantages over his enemies. With this ability Sebek summons energy flows in the form of a river which travels the shortest route between rooms and tilesets. While in this energy river Sebek & Allies gain increased movespeed, power strength & melee damage. When facing bosses or special enemies such as demolysts there will always be an extra energy river connecting to these enemies. When in the open world areas such as the Plains of Eidolon or Deimos, energy rivers will spread towards named areas on the map as well as key enemies such as Eidolons. Enemies that perish within the vicinity of these rivers won’t make any noise if not on alert. Thoughts; I have yet to add any energy values or %'s as I just wanted to jot down this concept idea before I forgot anything also think the community if willing could help brainstorm good values for such a warframe with our combined experience. I like the idea of the 3rd ability and think it works fairly uniquely as fair as shielding abilities go but the part I am most hesitant on is the active part as it seems to be a bit too similar to Rhino with his Iron Skin augment. Thanks for reading! Any and all feedback is welcome!
