the critical chance increase on killing an enemy affected by a heat proc seems to not be working properly. with 5 tauforged topaz archon shards equipped, i only get a crit chance increase of 1.5% for each kill (should be 1.5%*5=7.5%) and the cap seems to be 50% (should be 75%*5=375%), as shown by the buff icon. damage numbers seem to reflect this issue too.
