This is getting ridiculous - 7 liches , 4 drakgoons ( 2 of which completely identical) and 2 quartacks.
P.S. Just checked, the latest drakgoon is completely identical to the other one....so 2 identical pairs of drakgoons.... -

If someone dies in the extraction zone, he should be immediately extracted, not sit there screwing over his remaining team with the resurgence tokens and effectively being unrevivible in some cases. Seems a lot of people don't know that if they die and quit the game they keep all their stuff.

Completely agree OP - being unable to aim-glide with a melee weapon out is extremely annoying. If I wanted to use my gun,I would use my gun. If I wanted to use my blade, I would like to use my blade. The only thing the new melee achieves is turning melee weapons into subordinate to primary weapons instead of equals. It makes air-melee just a massive chore.
This is even more annoying on a frame with channeled weapons like Valkyr and Excal. If I have pressed 4, I have pressed 4.If I wanted to put down my exalted blade, I would put down my exalted blade. There is zero reason for the game to do that every time you aim-glide. -
Only thing that Valkyr needs is readding the ability to aim-glide while in Hysteria. Pulling out your gun ruins options for air-melee. Same goes for all frames with channeled weapons. If you are in Hysteria, you should stay in Hysteria until you press 4 again.

New players already have the entire bloody game with all its content to play through.
How about we actually reduce the number of players leaving the game because they don't have anything more worthwhile to do.- 2

Then you don't do mining mission maybe ? Not every mission task has to be tailored to what you like or don't like...

People play Index to gain credits . New map achieves nothing more than slow that down. Thus the new map is an objective downgrade.

Same thing here - it doesn't happen when you are only meleeing but when you are very near an enemy when it is hit/dies and there are a lot of particle effects going off.. Turning off "Adaptive Exposure" does fix it but that changes the whole look of the game.

I'll try to summarize it once again - Removing Block-Glide removes airborne melee combat. I need blockglide to control my jumps distance, to cancel animations and begin new ones, and to accurately aim at the targets I'm aiming for! I'm a melee-parkour expert, and it's absolutely satisfying to RMB+Slide attack ospreys out of mid-air, or just as good, head-shot any ground unit by RMB+Slide attacking just barely off of the ground.
So with that explanation in mind, players like me are left with the option of Melee-Only. I like my guns, they were the sidekick to my melee, not the other way around. Now when I'm running guns for MR farm or Sortie requirements, I never have the urge to "flow" melee attacks into my combat. It's just LMB spam and angled slam spam without RMB. It becomes useless and shallow.

Being unable to aim-glide with a melee weapon out just ruins it for me. It takes away control from the player for no reason at all.It also ruins frames with melee channeled weapons like Valkyr or Excal,

Found another annoyance with the new UI. If you are refining relics, and you have the filter set to one type (let's say meso),after you refine a relic it will reset the filter into "All" . There is zero reason for this as it makes basic refining of relics a slog.

New UI is a mess:
-Reward tier color coding is way too small - would make much more sense if the reward names were color coded
-No reason for having to hover over a reward to see how many of it you already have, especially when you have a limited time to do so
-Way too much screen space wasted - rewards are too bunched up and tiny in the middle. -
Poor Hydroid is going to the F tier trashcan to keep Vauban and Nyx company....his only use was in farming parties.

An UI change that does nothing more than to obscure necessary and previously easily seen information is simply a bad UI change. Should they also make your hp only visible after the press of a button ? After all, a key is easy to press...

I am liking it less and less. Played Valkyr and apparently, doing an aim glide takes you out of Hysteria till you press "E" again... WHY ? If I wanted to get out of Hysteria , the "4" key exists for a reason.This doesn't happen if you have the "Use LMB for melee" option ticked, but then you lack the ability to do a quick melee strike while using a gun.
With these changes, you constantly have tick and untick that option depending what frame and weapons you are using. This doesn't look like streamlining and improvement, but more like changes for the sake of changing something.

Really dislike the changes. Before I used LMB for melee when I was using mainly a melee weapon and E for a quick melee strike when I was using guns.
With the new changes that is impossible as there is no quick melee. If you switch on the option allowing you to still use LMB for melee, pressing E switches you completely to your melee weapon and to go back to your gun you have to manually switch back to it and wait through an upholstering animation which completely kills the flow of combat.What kind of backwards design is this a thing is beyond me considering switching between melee and guns is instant if you don't use the option to use LMB for melee. Disabling the option I find simply intolerable as there simply isn't a key which is comfortable to use for an extended period of time when mostly using melee.
To sum it up, why the heck was quick melee removed ?!- 2
