As someone mentioned earlier as it seems most are merging/linking with a PC account, regular PC users might be next. I would guess that would take care of most remaining folks. Are there any folks who are just linking/merging within console (NO PC). Releasing all the consoles at one time will also accomplish the same thing. Release it today, gives them one day of cushion to resolve issues before holidays.

If the last two day trend continues, should come out at any time now. It was 2ish ET yesterday and 3ish ET on Monday.

The exact language from first post is "Cross-Play and Cross-Save coming to Warframe later this year with the New War update. " New War launch seems to be perfect time, but many of us know that dates can slide in either direction. I'll stay optimistic that they reserved actual gameplay for one of the dev. streams.

Probably missing out on something, but I do not even bother using any of his abilities. He is just a bullet sponge. If rework, just make him 100% health, no shield, no energy. Make his passive be to turn energy refills into health.

I finally found him at Mars. The wiki indicated he was at Eris relay on PS4 AND I swear until I reloaded Warframe, the marker was missing from all the planets. Nothing interesting so I guess I would not have missed anything.

Maybe just me, but Barro did not arrive at the relay and also did not get message that he "has arrived".

As (if I read correctly) the mainline on the consoles is in cert. as of yesterday, guessing they will release on all platforms at same time next week like was done for nightwave launch last year.

Reminds me a lot of the mythical Gjallarhorn from Destiny. I guess in this case some folks legitimately earned the mod.
The slat was strong when Xur sold it the second time. Based on the price, I'm guessing it may not be offered by Baro any time soon after this rotation.

Unless I missed something in the streams and patch notes, the chance of a weapon is still random and independent of what you previously got.

I think it is play style. Have both Cyngas and Phaedra. Phaedra just feels better to me as I have never liked burst fire weapons.

Yep you need to log in on your console. Doesn't Xbox have remote play so you can play away from your console?

I'm on console so do not have update (maybe not a bad thing). That is my understanding from everything I've read about the update.

Not just mods you get from the mission?I read it as that there was a bug that allowed folks to equip and use mods that had been "taxed". Now it's fixed that if the mod is "taxed" it is not usable.

On console so can't see for myself, but I've seen feedback that creating a genetic imprint "cures" your Kavat. So is it valid that you need to infect kitty twice to get the needed imprints? TIA

Don't you need two imprints or is one enough? To get vampire cat?

The Heliocor only gives you scans if the target's codex entry hasn't been completed yet. So if you have your kavat research finished, you won't get DNA anymore. Same goes for Helios and Atlas' Ore Gaze. Your best chance is the synthesis scanner equipped with the cross-matrix widget.
Pro tip from the Wiki: kill the scanned kavats with Ballistica Prime, its passive creates a "ghost" of the kavat, which is also scannable.

Just used it this morning and it's still 8 hours for Distilling Extractor.

I think I'm just having RNG bad luck, have had no issues amassing all the other resources. I'll just use my trusty Heliocor. Any disadvantage to using that vice using the scanner?

I suspect it will be this week,k perfect for them to play on Primetime and discuss next steps on Dev. Stream. Assuming they hold to the 2 week pattern for Devstreams, can't imagine it would be really comfortable if somehow it is not released.

A popular saying when I used to play Destiny was that Bungie wanted people to "play their way". Understandable they nerfed the gun, but give players the choice of using the overpowered weapon or something else if they wanted the challenge. For me, I enjoy feeling overpowered somtimes like I did when I had Ghajerhorn and the original Vex Mytocast before all the nerfs. I think there are many other "overpowered" weapons that folks will just gravitate toward. IF DE continues to nerf based on usage (which Bungie did), then I think it's more concerning.

DE is a for profit company. No matter what a company says, $$$ will always be #1 in short AND long term. Customer experience is just a mean to the end ($$$$). I personally think it's a smart move on DE if they are "slowing" the process to try to sell more prime access bundles.
