[No longer finding cephalon fragments]

I've got thief's wit, loot detector, coaction drift, and animal instinct maxed and in use.  I've tried the first node on Eris (as I just opened it up), orokin derelict multiple times (lephantis fragments are next on my list) and Earth, just to see if I could find some on easier map sets.  I can't find any, and I'm starting to think my player file is corrupted or bugged somehow

[Astral Twilight has 2 combos with the same name]

The title "Falling Star" is used for two different combos on the Astral Twilight glaive mod

[Phone App does not show all foundry items]

Landing craft foundry segment is not showing up on my phone app in the foundry as it's being built along side other items, such as Archwing Launcher Segment, which does show up.
