My question is simple, how does Ability Strength interact with Immolation? Is AS on Cast all that matters (i.e. wait until Growing Power activates, then Immolate, and all's good) or does Immolate take AS as a floating value and fluctuate as AS goes up or down during its duration? (i.e. Immolate's DR drops as soon as GP's timer ends and goes back up if you trigger GP again?)
