Dear DE, I am from Argentina. Despite the looks, you have a sizeable latin american player base. Our economic situation is essentially terrible, there is no other way to put it.
Your prices in Steam servers for Latin America have been very fair, and most of all affordable. But ever since Steam has decided to dollarize the prices, everything on the site has become simply unaffordable, we lack the sort of money to be able to buy platinum and prime access. As of right now, the range of the full prime access package is 50 USD in Steam servers, and with the taxes applied to us by our government, the rate actually becomes 100 USD.
I know that doesn't seem like much, considering your actual rates for US and European servers and markets. But to us, that is choosing not to buy food.
The prices keep increasing as our currency devalues and the dollar increases. Eventually this will go back to the way the prices were laid out when Steam changed the prices in the latam servers, but you so gracefully lowered to be affordable to us again.
Unfortunately, it is no longer becoming affordable. Speaking as someone who was able to buy prime access and support you financially, this is very worrying because the purchase of games is something that has become impossible, and at least the updates provided by Warframe were something we could expect to pay, but that is no longer becoming the case.
I don't know if you will read this, or even decide to pay attention to, but I am just humbling asking you to lower the prices again.
