As can be seen in this comparison video (old on left, new on right): (By left clicking in navigator you can fly a projectile at full speed) The velocitus' projectile speed has been massively nerfed. It is now slower than all snipers, and slower than almost half of the game's projectile weapons. Prior to this it had one of if not the fastest projectile speeds in the game.
