Now I have had time to play duviri enough to give feedback:
We are space ninjas, not shepards, the sheep are braindead, not going away from the player but rather make idiotic turns making the activity annoying. Whoever thought to include a FORCED shephard simulator in Warframe should be taken off the project.
The fact that duviri can not be accessed like any other open world is idiotic. We can not go down to teshins cave, without also getting a mission failed.
Fall damage in duviri is also idiotic: when did warframe ever had a fall damage mechaninc?
I can not stress this enough: drifter is a nobody, I do not care for her, I want to use my operator (you know, the one that I spent YEARS developing and customizing)
The drifter combat feels bad. It is like you tried to make a mini elden-ring... IN A LOOTER-SHOOTER. It is slow, the controls are weird (in every souls-like game the SPACE is the dodge and Q is the lock-on) and most enemy behaves the same way.
The feeding and other activities are difficult to find.
Every activity is buggy, had a run yesterday where 6 out of 6 objectives I could not see the objective instructions and the wyrm fight at the end did not load the archguns for me.
Traveling the underwhatever is also a bad experience. Why do you waste 10 seconds of our time before teleporting us to the SAME map every time we need to access it from the openworld?? It would make sense if you used that time to preload the map, but apparently you do not do that because I had to wait several times for other people to load in (this is only a guess, might be just bugs as usual)!
We have seen 0, ZERO story progression. The ultimate conclusion of the quest is that its all in drifter's had or whatever, duviri is a prison that supposedly everybody wants to leave and yet we try to SAVE it?
50 whatever resource for a weapon is just too much. That is at least 2.5 farm for each weapon not including collecting the crafting resources.
And I almost forgot: new players should not have access to duviri!!! It spoils operators for them! Why??? Second dream was your best quest ever and new players will feel absolutely NOTHING playing it besides going: Duh, we know all that!
I did like the creed system, I think its fun and gives an interesting twist to the regular mission types in circuit.
