double sensitivity in ingame menus compared to windows

The menu sensitivity is about double the windows sensitivity. This is really distracting and uncomfortable. UI Cursor Acceleration is set to 0 I am running on Win 11 22h2 and using the Enhanced Engine as well as DirectX 12.

I recently re-downloaded the game after a few months and noticed that the menu-sensitivity is approximately double the windows sensitivity. I couldn't find a raw input or mouse acceleration option. I am running on Win 11 22h2 and using the Enhanced Engine as well as DirectX 12. Edit: UI Cursor Acceleration is set to 0
