  1. Im just giving you context as to why its not multiplicative anymore. I'm agreeing with you though, it shouldn't be additive. But people don't push back on Vex Armor anymore and have moved on, and since its not a subsume people don' care much for it sadly.
  2. Vex used to be multiplicative but it was a bug since the release of Chroma, DE kept it in and didn't bother fixing it at the time but made a statement about going back to resolving it in the future, suspiciously it was after Chroma one shotting eidolon limbs that Vex was "fixed" to additive buff. Their reasoning? "To make Vex armor inline with other *additive* damage buffers such as *Roar* & *Eclipse*". However the real issue of Vex armor wasn't it being multiplicative, it was triple dipping on innate elemental weapons like Arca Plasmor, thats why eidolon limbs were being one shot.
  3. 30% is really low, Roar is a bane boost and also affects warframe powers, eclipse does not. I understand the idea behind keeping its multiplicative boost due to feedback, but the community did not ask for its % to be lowered by THIS MUCH.
  4. Since this seems like an easy bugfix, the Heavy Blade Grimstone Cleaver Skin is bugged with ZENISTAR. Please fix it. https://imgur.com/a/4Sc5pfl https://imgur.com/a/cQzM4y8
  5. The nerf to the Topaz Shard and blast gating is awful and disappointing at best. This was a unique conditional interaction that promoted the use of underused elements and was also most used and effective at the highest levels of play, something a majority of the playerbase does not engage with. And only a minority of players were making full effect of the blast gating. Just revert this nerf, its absolutely pointless and makes the Topaz Shard objectively the worst and most useless Archon Shard in the game. Considering that NEW archon shards (Orange, Purple & Green) take a HEAVY AMOUNT of investment to obtain only for them to be nerfed is a slap in the face (the Orange shard).
  6. You can fix this issue entirely by significantly streamlining the entire new player progression (Specifically from Earth > Mercury > Venus > Mars, these 4 planets and the content related to them is the BIGGEST hurdle for a new players journey in Warframe) by doing some of the following you will alleviate the new player hurdles in accessing new major story related content and questing but also COMPLETELY remove the need to even think about a "Story-Skip option" A - Remove junctions entirely and revert the progression to Star map 2.0 > Kill a boss, unlock new planet, by having junction challenges/requirements creates unnecessary friction between planets, it should be a rather simple & straightforward progression. B - Combine the Vors Prize to be a much more grander quest line a major quest if you will, where this new major quest will consist of the game guiding the new player from Earth > Mercury > Venus > Mars and along the way, you have new Tenno do mandatory side quests which would be the previous standalone quests like Once Awake, Howl Of The Kurbrow etc, so this way it feels much more grounded and connected, then upon completion of this new improved Awakening Experience, reward said new Tenno with a host of loot that would ensure a smoother progression until Second Dream. As is, the Second Dream story is only unlocked halfway into the origin system, think about maybe putting it much further ahead, like on Ceres/Jupiter so the Tenno can awake much earlier and start War Within early too. Maybe your already planning on doing this once Whispers releases, but I still vehemently disagree with a skip feature when you can 100% improve the tutorial, beginning experience and cut down those hours from 100 hours of playtime to about 30-50 hours which would still be extremely reasonable for a new Tenno. And what your doing with connecting the open worlds to be in an order is good but you need to continue that forward, there are a lot of early game elements that feel scattered and disjointed, with a lack of a proper tutorial to help new players understand the elements of warframe, you can start to see why a large majority of fresh players might drop the game if they choose to take on Warframe without the help of friends or the wiki.
  7. You've only fixed half the problem. The pack is still FOMO heavy. Players wanted a 4th option that was not only cheaper but didn't include the secondary items, is it too much to ask for a 4th pack that JUST INCLUDES the frost and mag skin alone? without the signa attachments, without the accolade and regal aya?
  8. Sevagoth's Shadow Haze is broken and does not provide the CC bonus to all marked enemies by reap and also does not provide the full CC bonus among most enemies when reaping. The extra shadows summoned by the augment also do not provide the CC boost even though they can apply the vulnerability debuffer. Will this augment get fixed anytime soon?
  9. I think the only time they've had a significance was during Whips having absurd range values. Still hurts that older incarnonless gear is just forgotten, if they are not willing to meaningfully buff old stuff at least bump them to 1.5 and leave it at that.
  10. The fact that a plethora of weapons that haven't received usage in years is not on this list baffles me, the last time Zenistar had received an increase was nearly 2 years ago with its usage rate being 0.30% in 2022. The Dual Ethers have a 0.01% higher playrate yet its riven dispo is 1.45x. Its very obvious you don't update this list based off usage and just hand select the popular weapons while a lot of older gear are stuck at an awkward 0.9 to 1.2. Having a weapon at 0.5 on launch makes having a riven for said weapon pointless and kills all the hype. And postponing the incarnon nerfs just so more people can invest their plat, time and effort is disrespectful. Remove riven dispositions all together OR have all weapons at 1x base instead of 0.5 when releasing new gear.
